A small manufactuirng error, but once corrected a very robust product
I bought a 6 person heavyweight picnic table/bench. It arrived when they said, and was reasonably straightforward to assemble. Though the instructions said that a spanner and allen key were included, they were not. The only other problem was that one of the fixing blocks for one of the bench seats was about 2cm wrongly placed. I corrected this myself but it meant having to go and get different tools and a bit of extra time. Annoying, but not tragic.
Once assembled it is robust, weatherproof and maintenance free. The description of 'heavyweight', is true, it is indeed heavy and should be very difficult to steal!

Purchasing was easy
Purchasing was easy. Delivery seemed easy and was arranged for a Monday, unfortunately it was then delivered 3 days early with no warning, which was most inconvenient.
All the parts were delivered, and assembly was relatively straightforward, by the third table we were experts.

Good robust benches
Website easy to navigate and order products. Order progress was regularly updated and the courier delivery was on time. Office staff were polite and helpful when contacted.
The product (benches) is very robust and well made, and it came with clear assembly instructions which made the job very straightforward.
Altogether a good experience.

Once received - a great product
Bit of an issue with delivery company that failed to take note of the instructions given as to how to access the delivery site resulting in a delayed delivery, but once eventually delivered the product was great and easy to assemble.

Transaction was smooth delivery prompt , but on assembly one of the seat bases was faulty loose screw and broken screw , so one of the planks was loose
