Excellent service from start to finish. Our daughter was given plenty of time to try on as many dresses as she wanted, and the member of staff dedicated to helping her was fantastic. She offered expert advice, guidance, and recommendations throughout the appointment.
Her knowledge of the dresses was exceptional, and she seemed to know exactly what would suit our daughter. We never felt rushed, and the whole experience was enjoyable and relaxed. We would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a prom dress.

Finding “the one” was such a memorable moment, and seeing her step out in her stunning gown on prom night completely took my breath away. As a mum, watching your child grow up and seeing them shine with so much confidence is such a proud and emotional moment and she looked absolutely incredible.

All staff were so welcoming and listened to everything I asked and wanted , the dress made me feel like a princess and was so worth a couple hours drive down to the shop , would definitely recommend!xx

i brought the dress harper in the colour red and it was absolutely gorgeous and bad a beautiful fit i would definitely recommend the dresses are not heavy and are comfortable to wear when purchasing the staff where brilliant and i had a great prom

Absolutely loved the whole experience from going to choose our daughter Ava’s dress to the delivery and the quality. The made her feel a real princess whilst trying on nothing was too much trouble and the dress wow , she had so many compliments, really impressed at the whole service thank you so much

The experience we had at red carpet ready was brillaint and staff were amazing, that i cannot fault .

However on the night of the prom 10 minutes before leaving , the strap on the dress just snapped . She had been in her dress for approximately 2 hours. This dress was nothing short of poor quality and many faults . Yes I was offered to returne the dress for it to be repaired, however didn't want to risk this due to time scales and the worry of not getting it back , we dealt with the repairs, however I didn't expect a £600 dress to snap after 2 hours of wear.

When i emailed i got the repsone of i was offered for it be repaired , however really what £600 dress shoule have needed repair work to it?

Every budget, every size, every colour, every style.
Great ladies who are so helpful in every way.
Large changing rooms to cater for big dresses and mums can get in there too!!

We are so happy with the dress we chose (not the colour or style my daughter thought she wanted) definitely worth the 2hr drive.
Best advice I can give is to go in and try as many different styles and colors as possible, so many seem to come away with something different to what they imagined before the visit.
Prom was amazing and the dress was the talk of the night!!

We had to do the Red carpet experience for my daughter, and what an experience it was . Everyone was so lovely. So many dress to choose from and lovely how it was done. We just fell in love with one dress and my daughter said yes to the dress . She looked like such a princess for her prom . Thank you so much xx

Wonderful service at the shop when i purchased my dream dress in September. It was the best experience brilliant arrival of my dress in January perfect condition. Finally on the day the beautiful faye RCR exclusive in teal made me feel like a princess.

I visited last year in september and found my dream prom dress. The staff were very helpful taking into consideration of the different things i would have liked in a dress. The dress selection was amazing with thousands to choose from.

my experience was absolutely fantastic as i found the dress of my dreams, the choice of dresses was endless and the staff were amazing!

I took my daughter in August last year, to choose her dream dress.
I dont know what i was expecting, but it definitely exceeded it.
The whole experience was amazing from start to finish.
You are allocated your own personal shopper on arrival, who cant do enough for you. The dress selection is out of this world, there's at least 20 x each style, in every colour you can imagine.
I took advantage of the £50 deposit, with the balance not due until Feb this year, which was such a relief, knowing she was all sorted for the big day!
I would highly recommend you choosing Red Carpet Ready for your child's Prom, i can guarantee you will not be disappointed.
She had so many compliments on the day, with 1 little girl actually thinking she was a real life disney princess 🥰
