I ordered a shirt online. Unfortunately the shirt was faulty. I started a return on 23 December and was told that a replacement would be sent soonest. After that, there was radio silence for over two weeks. I sent several messages and finally got a response saying there was no one in the office to take appropriate action. It is now 3 weeks since the issue was reported, and till date neither have I received the replacement shirt or even a message from Redcast proposing a resolution.
Future buyers, please beware of the after sales service, especially the false, made-up excuses from the sales team.

Thank you for your prompt response. What you have said in your reply isn’t accurate.
Firstly, I notified you of the fault on 18 December and it too your office 5 days to respond. This clearly delayed the return initiation.
Secondly, your email of last week confirmed that the replacement shirt would be despatched on Monday. It was not.
Going forward, please state facts and do not give your customers inaccurate information.

Not a good return policy. Customer has to eat the cost to return (~$45). I was told my shirt had "a hair" on it and could not be exchanged. The shirt was never washed or worn outside of a single try on. Disappointed I spent $ on shirt & return to be left without any goods.

I've placed a few orders here now and they've always been brilliant. Excellent customer service too and happy to help.

Excellent service. My viberg boots were carefully packaged with a handwritten note from the owners, something I truly appreciate. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from their store in the future!

I found a pair of Oni secret denim, 20oz, blkblk, relaxed tapered cut in my size and in stock at a fair price and had to jump on it.
Redcast Heritage had the pair hemmed and shipped in just under one week and they arrived at my parcel box in the USA in 2 days.
Well appreciated and correct communication throughout the purchasing/hemming/shipping and delivery process have made me a repeat customer.

It's a small company, so they can't afford to eat international shipping costs on returns/exchanges, but they make up for it by charging less to start with. I had to pay an extra $40 to do a size exchange (shipping x2), but the original price of the item was so much lower than other shops selling the same thing that I *still* ended up spending less than I would have otherwise. Look around and you'll see what I mean. Better prices, super fast shipping, responsive support, and they allow returns. What's not to like about these guys? I will definitely buy from them again.

I was surprised by their deceptive and unfriendly return policy. I tried to return some socks and was told by customer support that socks were excluded from their policy. This wasn't anywhere on the product page or in their checkout. No other place I've shopped considers them an "intimate item" and then were unopened. I never tried them on. Customer support was super unfriendly and unhelpful. Based on the other reviews, if it's your first time shopping at this retailer I'd think twice.
