Bus was scheduled at 9:20am. Many other buses from RedCoach and partners showed up that day but none of them were for me or the many other students waiting for that specific bus. We tried calling RedCoach, they hung up. We tried talking to other bus drivers, they had no information. We had no tracking or info from RedCoach. It has been 3 weeks and they have not responded to any of our complaints, nor have they refunded us. At almost 4 hours after 9:20, me and few students left, had to get an Uber instead. I had issues previously with no tracking (few times), late buses, and twice the roof was leaking.

The bus already had a delayed time- which we know does happen- and we booked the front seats on the bus as my sister is in a wheelchair- luckily she can walk just not very well. When we were boarding the driver told us to hurry up as HE was already running late- the delayed schedule isn’t my disabled sisters fault.
We also had a lot of bags as we are doing a 3 week trip from England to Orlando and Miami. The bags were just thrown onto the bus potentially breaking any valuables inside- then he told us to hurry up again as he was running late. The driver didn’t know how to use the wheelchair accessible lift or if the bus even had one- so luckily my sister can walk up the few steep steps.
The driver should be checking which seats you are sat in based off of your ticket. There was a couple sat in my sister’s seat and refused to move when my dad asked them to, then reclined his seat into my mums face.
The bus would be excellent for single travellers or small parties with no bags. But for wheelchair users/ big families/ suitcases- we won’t be using this bus company again.

Redcoach remains my best public transportation option for Dallas - Houston. Their drivers are very efficient.

The bus was very dirty. It was late for the pick up and late for the arrival (supposed to arrive to Miami airport from Naples at 20:45 and arrived at 21:15).
The second driver (switched drivers at fort laureldale) drives very bad, honking at cars, driving erratically and speaking with the other driver who was onboard.

The driver was not very welcoming. I was expecting a luxury experience for the price I paid (71.99) and it’s the opposite of luxury.

My Booking R879EU FAU to WPB was a horrible experience due to the driver forgetting a passenger in Kissimmee Florida. Instead of the driver calling the office to assist with decisions or so they can see if the passenger was still in Kissimmee waiting. The driver turned the entire bus around heading back to Kissimmee to pick up the passenger who was not there. We were only two hours away from West Palm Beach, Florida. Now, the original tome to arrive in West Palm Beach was 4:35 p.m . It will be 6:35 p.m . to 7:00 p.m. I understand workers my forget, but this type of error just made me think of my logivety as a great, valued, and loyal customer.
I'm on bus 8083 the driver missed a stop in kissimmee but didn't realize it until he was almost to the next stop he then came on the speaker and told all he had to turn around and go back. I was supposed to be at my stop at 5:30 but now I will not arrive until 6:45. I missed my flight and had to pay extra for the next flight!!!!

They do not keep to the schedule. Traffic will always be a factor, but the swapping of drivers mid-route seems haphazard. The drivers are coordinating on the phone, arguing with the dispatchers I presume. New driver took over our bus at a random gas station along the route, and she was upset getting on the bus and talking down to the passengers. WiFi and charging plugs were not working. Not quality service, but fills a basic need. If a quality service takes up these routes, I imagine RedCoach will be in trouble.
Just posted the above, but the driver just realized, when we were nearing downtown San Antonio, that she had to make a stop at UTSA (a passenger asked her). So we diverted there, adding nearly an hour and a half, during Friday afternoon rush hour.
We were supposed to stop at UTSA originally, so the time added was probably less, but still significant.
Having ridden RedCoach a few times now, I enjoy the cleanliness and space their busses offer. However, staff is horrible. Currently sitting on the bus typing this after the driver purposely ignored a customer’s question about the next stop, after already several miscommunications on stops with the previous driver. When he didn’t get a response from her, he began conversation with the person across the aisle, to which the driver went on the intercom to say “Ok quiet it down! Library voices!!” There is only 1 child on the bus - do not speak to adults like we’re in an elementary library. Completely degrading and this isn’t the 1st off putting experience that I’ve had with their staff.

I've been riding with Red Coach for several years now and have never an issue or concern. I use Red Coach for my work assignments currently throughout the state Texas. I have a disability and had to retire early from Federal Service. Today everything changed once I arrived at the bus stop in Houston, TX.
I approached the bus and showed the driver my bus ticket to Austin, TX... I also have the app downloaded on my phone. I also asked the driver "what's your name?"
For some reason the driver became very irate with me and forced me off the bus. She then stated, "I ask you what's your name, you don't ask for mine. This is my bus!" I departed the bus and attempted to show her my ticket again. I'm familiar with majority of the Texas Drivers and just wanted to confirm with her and introduce myself, since I ride the bus so frequently. I now have the maximum amount of points which placed me in a Gold Member Status.
I asked her about 5 minutes later when she would allow me to board the bus? She proceeded to Jay Walk across the busy street to notify the Houston Police Department as I stood there in pain from my early morning Dialysis appointment. I work now to supplement my income to help with my medical expenses. The bus was scheduled to depart at 1030 and I stood curbside from 1000am to 1100am as she still would not me to board. Not only did I lose my bus fare, I also lost my pay today for not completing my assignment and arriving in Austin, TX for my fleet Management vehicle pickup to drive back to Houston for my employers. Officers of HPD never arrived at the location. Once she drove away with me standing curbside I reported to the building across the street,which is HPD HEADQUARTERS. majority are familiar with me from my years of Federal Service with the Department of homeland security at Bush Airport. I'm in such disbelief from this completely uncalled for and high unprofessional incident.
