Bus driver Mark (AUS to SA) was the absolute best. I was the only one on the bus, and he made me feel very taken care of. Mark dropped me off at 10:15pm in a parking lot where I still waiting on an uber, and I was really scared and nervous that I’d be completely alone (in the dark) for a good few minutes. But he offered to stay and wait with me until my ride came, just to make sure I was safe. He said it was what he would want someone to do for his daughters. I am so appreciative of Mark. I will give RedCoach my business forever because of him.

I’m filing a complaint against a RedCoach bus driver with name tag simply as “K”, who drove the bus from San Antonio to Houston today 3/8. She does not project a good image of RedCoach and should be relieved of driving the bus. She refuses to answer simple questions from passengers and when she does, responds very rudely. There was every indication that this would not be a pleasant trip when she refused to stop at the usual bus pickup point by the hotel in San Antonio. She went all the way round the traffic light making us passengers relocate with our luggage. I had a stop at Katy and she took a detour without informing me and dropped me off at the Houston stop without an explanation or apology. I am a senior and have had so many pleasant trips with RedCoach. This was a complete contrast of the experience I’ve had. A driver like K is a liability and would ruin the travel experience for anybody riding with RedCoach for the first time. It’s obvious she does not enjoy the job, she should find another job that makes her happy or be fired.

Worst bus service
It is one of the worst bus service that you could experience. Their customer service is terrible and does not take time to resolve issues. They moved the bus stop from UTD to Frisco to cause more pain to the students without leveraging other options to find alternatives options within university visibility

We exhausted every option available to us to maintain a stop closer to campus, but unfortunately were unable to secure one due to circumstances outside of our control. Returning to the UTD area is something we remain deeply committed to and are actively working toward.

The driver was great he gave instructions every step of the way journey in English and Spanish. I’ve always stayed on the bus because the driver didn’t explain which stops were rest stops but this driver did and the bus was very nice.

Bus schedules strictly adhered to. Bathroom was clean but had no hand cleaner available. Driver was a pretty discourtuous fellow. Put our luggage out at FSU stop while we were going downtown Tallahassee. My wife saw the error and our luggage was reloaded.

Ride from Austin to Houston and Houston…
Ride from Austin to Houston and Houston back to Austin same day, was better than I expected. Bus was clean, driver was kind and very professional. Was my 1st time on a bus and I didn’t hate it. Definitely a better option than driving. I will most likely do it again.

I love my bus rides to Tallahassee. This was a particularly good one. Sometimes the seat won't go back, but I can always find one that does. Once the heat didn't work, so now I come prepared for that. But it is the cheapest and most care free way to get from Orlando to Tallahassee. :)
