I have had no heating/hot water for months. I have had contractor after contractor out advising me different things. Luckily I found Rob from Redecourt on a social media platform who came out and within minutes solved the problem. He was able to order the parts and squeeze me in before going on holiday meaning him and his colleague Paul were working until gone 9pm. Rob explained the system in detail (not something done competently before). Not only were they pleasant, respectful of my home and efficient they saved me thousands of pounds. I will be using Rob for any issues and servicing moving forward.
I can not recommend Redecourt enough!

We had issue with our heating system which is powered by a air source heat pump. Rob from Redecourt came to look at the problem and within minutes he identified the problem which was faulty heat pump whereas other contractors could not identify the issue. He immediately ordered the replacement new Mitsubishi heat pump and came on the day after delivery of pump to instal it. He has done a fantastic job. It is great relief to have it fixed before christmas as we were without heating for over 4 weeks.

Needed a split AC unit installed. Rob was recommended by someone whose judgement I trust. Communication was clear and helpful, Rob agreed a date mid-July but was able to better it when delivered of the equipment arrived earlier than planned. He arranged for a colleague who was available to install, Laurence did a flawless installation and left the site spotless.
Highly recommended.

Rob and Paul were professional, timely, efficient and very knowledgeable. Our previous plumber couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our Mitsubishi Air Source Heat Pump and thought it was the FTC Power Board. Rob and Paul was able to immediately identify the problem saving me hundreds of pounds. They also explained how to use the system properly. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you!

In our opinion Rob is a highly experienced Air Source Heat Pump engineer. We definitely recommend Redecourt. Rob did a fantastic job and took the time to show us how it worked and how to use it effectively and efficiently to save energy.
Extremely tidy and nice friendly person

Rob and Paul were prompt, clean, tidy and utterly professional. They were the first team I’ve met who actually understand air source heat pump systems - in my case a Samsung. They found, and fixed, many problems from the initial installation, and despite only expecting to do an initial service, they stayed over 5 hours to finish the job, and only expected a steady flow of tea and coffee!

We had a new large air source system installed by others ! They could not make it work properly despite repeated attempts ! Samsung put us in touch with Rob who sorted all of the faults and got us working properly ! Great service nice man very pleased !

Mitsubishi put us in touch with Redecourt for the servicing of our Ecodan Air Source Heat pumps. Redecourt have been great - reliable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Can thoroughly recommend.

I totally recommend Roberts service especially if you have ecodan . He is the only one who has understood it !
