I placed an order and paid for express shipping and my package was shipped on the 15th and they used USPS ground Advantage which is the cheapest way possible. So my package did ship out quickly but they charged me extra and my package will now not come until the 20th. I will not order from them again due to the fact that they charged for extra shipping and they used the cheapest way possible I am so angry. I will update when I get my package.

I’ve used red heart for 30 years. I’m not sure what happened recently to make it change over the past year. But it’s now rough and terrible quality.

Song lyrics had a typo. Reported it and asked for a resolution - return ship for corrected version, or discount the order to compensate? No response. I get the impression no one there cares. One positive - shipment arrived on time.

On May 14th I ordered a birthday card from Red Heart Print, after completing the transaction I did not receive a confirmation via email and I also did not receive the card. Very dishonest service, I definitely warn everyone not to use their service.

Red Heart yarn used to be the best quality yarn of all the brands not anymore!! Skeins I bought started having minor imperfections I could work around so I kept buying Red Heart. This skein today has two knots close together! That should never have made it to the shelf. A crafter NEEDS a quality product they can trust. Lion brand will be my yarn brand now. What a shame! I am 64 and have always chosen Red Heart as my mother taught me. I wish I could include a picture :(

After charging $9.99 for priority handling, they put a 69-cent stamp on a regular envelope and mailed the card, which, unprotected, arrived damaged and unusable. Their imprinting of the card was less than artful. Sorry, you cannot depend on these folks.

Never recieved product. They wont respond to emails.

They stole my money there fraud i knew they were right when i ordered and I immediately called my bank
Now there telling me im out of the timeframe even tho i reported them immediately i never got my merchandise

I love Red Heart. Even their super saver yarn. While it may not be the softest at first, after it is washed, it is so much softer. The website has all the colors they offer rather than crossing your fingers that your local craft store has the right color.
