Very efficient and good communication

Following coffee with friends went to drive home with a friend and the car was dead. Rang for recovery and we didn't have to wait long for the recovery truck from Red House which was sent out manned by Dave. He was a lovely chap and quickly got the car started it was pouring with rain but he insisted we wait in the car as he didn't want us to get wet. He advised me to get a new car battery - I had inadvertently left the side lights on and it had flattened the battery - but he said it would be good idea to replace the battery.

The service was seond to none. Quicky on the scene and the driver/ recoverer Joel was very friendly and professional. Very careful with my vehicle.

They where really friendly, very chatty and calming, in what was a very frustrating situation. I am greatful for their patience and clarity.

My car wouldn't start when I finished work so I called my breakdown number. Red House Service Station came out to me at the specified time. After numerous tests it was found that I needed a new battery. Andy fitted one for me and got me on my way. Great service and very professional. Highly recommended. Thank you

The telephone operative was very helpful and found my account and location quickly before despatching an engineer. The engineer arrived within 25 minutes and despite the rain, diagnosed the problem and got the car going again allowing us to continue our journey home.

Prompt arrival by Andy. He was courteous and professional yet friendly. Problem diagnosed and resolved.
