Hot to a cool night
My wife and I purchased this for our bedroom 14 x 8 to keep as cool during this hot weather.
The first night after 4 hours I didn't notice the room any cooler.
The Second night I placed the unit close to our bed so we would benefit the cool air.
This was a success and we were pleased with the Air con as we had a better night
Not sure though how often we should change the water in the unit after using it, and it does not say in the manual.
One other comment is sure way it's design that one half the blades are fully open and the other is not as seen on the front instruction manual...be good to know.

I am now £90 out of pocket and no way of communicating with them.

Better than expected
The fan was delivered much quicker than expected and it's better than expected too. It's quite tall but even on 1st setting it has a strong airflow but still quiet at the highest setting. All in all, very impressed

Very poor and unacceptable service
Very poor and unacceptable service. The fan was delivered incomplete, without the remote control, which was a key part of the product and the main reason I purchased it. I contacted Customer Services on the next working day, as the item was delivered on a Saturday and support was unavailable over the weekend. I was advised that a replacement remote could not be sent separately and that I would need to return the entire item before a replacement fan, complete with the remote, could be issued.
I completed the return form immediately using the link provided. However, two weeks later, I have received no acknowledgement, no update on the courier collection, and no progress on the replacement. I have followed up by email, telephone and WhatsApp, but have received no response.
This level of service is unacceptable. I purchased a complete product, received an incomplete item, followed the company’s process promptly, and have since been left without any meaningful communication or resolution. I expect the company to take ownership of this issue and arrange the collection and replacement without further delay.

I purchased a "halo 42" digital tower…
I purchased a "halo 42" digital tower fan". It looks great, and keeps the air cool fantastic. Now the first thing I liked about this was the "halo light on the front. Great look, like a old jukebox.
However I cannot have the light on without the fan, So instead of having a nice feature during the winter months in lounge, ill have a black nondescript block of plastic. I hope someone from "rediffusion " reads this and gets back with a reply. The tower fan will only have a working life during hot weather. 3 months say.and rest of the time redundant. No feature, no aesthetic quality.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague, took my money, said it was due out for delivery, then got a notice on the second day 2 of them were not coming.... but refund will be up to 10 days..

The fan was delivered quickly albeit it is hopeless and does not cool the air - the ice packs are a gimmick. Not impressed and a waste of my money.

- Try adding fridge cold water to your cooler to help create a cooler breeze as it will help to refresh and cool the air.
- Top up with fridge cold water periodically to increase the longevity of its cooling power.
- Use the ice packs one at a time alternating when one is no longer icy for an extra boost of cool air.

Great to buy from a respected British company.
Unit arrived securely packaged for delivery.
I accidentally ordered twice. Customer service promptly cancelled 1 item and swiftly issued a refund.
Using the product now just what I need in the current heatwave, I am using the cooling option during the day and the fan when it’s cooler.
I had an issue with delivery, but that was courier fault not Rediffusion.
