I had a very disappointing experience with Redstag Supplies.

Although they advertised free shipping, I was required to pick up my order at the post office and pay an additional fee. After installing one of the refrigerator water filters, it malfunctioned and leaked water all over my kitchen floor.

I contacted customer service to return the items, but they refused to provide a return label. I had to pay $22.23 out of pocket to send everything back. Despite this, they claimed there was nothing wrong with the defective filter and refused to reimburse my shipping cost.

They also reversed a $5 credit they had previously issued and told me I should be grateful they weren’t charging a restocking fee.

Overall, I found their product quality questionable and their return policy unfair. I would strongly recommend purchasing from a more reputable company.

I have been using my Redstag Supplies water filter and have not had any problems. Then, I ordered the water filter somewhere else and realised they are selling the truly legit product!!!!

I have ordered from Redstag supplies several times because they have an extensive selection and the best prices I have found. With quick shipping and excellent customer service, I plan to continue ordering from Red stag for all my appliance parts and accessories.

I ordered a GE filter from Redstag, they were a very disappointing experience. We ordered the recommended filter based on a model number confirmed by them. When the filter was the wrong model, they made me pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee, I would be careful about ordering from this company especially if there is an issue. There is no ability to speak with a representative and you will be caught up in endless emails

I had purchased 4 filters for my fridge and when it came time to use one after 1 1/2 years I discovered the "O" ring had failed and left water on my shelves in fridge. I contacted you and you graciously replaced it with a new one which I received and it seems fine. Thank you for such customer service. I will be ordering again in the near future.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a water filter and when it came in it did not work and was defective. I contacted the company and they said they would review my claim. After several days I contacted them again because I heard nothing. A day or so later they contacted me and said I can return it—at my cost! The item is defective through no fault of my own and I have to pay to return it! I send it back then later I receive an email that they found out all of their current stock of this particular water filter is defective and I did not need to send it back. Too late. I’m still waiting for the credit and it’s been over a week and I’m still waiting for the credit!

I had a wonderful experience on the website purchasing Frigidaire WF3CB PureSource water filters and they were reasonably priced.

I purchased 2 Bosch water filters and they don't stay on when you put the filters in they work themselves off they're selling defective parts to the public knowing that they will not work for halr price I buy anybody to stay away from red stack supplies they're garbage I'm turn them into the better business bureau following the claim fk..them

ULTRAWF filter would not work. Both they shipped to me were crap. Went & bought a new one at Home Depot & it worked perfectly.

The communication with Redstag Supplies was fabulous. Not only did I receive fast replies, they also helped me return the incorrect filters and had the exact filter I needed with a link for easy ordering. Thank you, Redstag!

I have been ordering water filters for my LG refrigerator for 2 years from Red Stag and these have been OEM and half the price than at other stores. Shipping is quick and free. I have been very pleased

I ordered a water filter and received the correct one. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the filter to install (possible manufacturer defect?), and seeing other reviews online it looks like a very small number of people have had installation issues with older refrigerators (which mine is). I reached out to customer service, and even though this appears to be a manufacturer problem, they completely resolved the issue. I was able to find and order another compatible filter on their site. The filters were half the price compared to other sites. So between the great prices and great customer service, I would recommend Redstag.

My package was lost in shipping. I notified them and they were right on it and sent one out the next day. They are great.

I ordered (3) SubZero water filter 4204490. I recently had a Sub Zero repair man visit. I asked him to replace the filter for me. He told me that the Sub Zero filter I got were knock offs and not real Sub Zero water filters. Buyer Beware.

An extra shipment of refrigerator filters was shipped, and after I reported it, the rep said it was accidental and did not charge us for it. We were grateful for the accommodation.
