Andy picked up my sister and brother-in-law from Manchester Airport. He was punctual and kind as always. He helped with the luggage. He checked the traffic and updated me. When I requested to drop them off an hour earlier than the booked time he was flexible and accepted my request immediately. I would strongly recommend Andy and RedStar Travel.

I needed a 3 am pick up to go to Manchester Airport, road works caused Andy to be about 2 minutes late, but he had already texted and said he'd be that 'late' so I didn't worry at all. He was excellent on both pick up and collection, very efficient, kept in touch, is very professional and very friendly. I certainly recommend him highly.

Excellent service with good communication and punctual collection. Andy also went the extra mile by buying bread and milk for me. Will be using him again.

Andy took us from Great Sutton to Liverpool John Lennon Airport and collected us, from the airport, on our return home. Both journeys were very comfortable. He was on time and very chatty and friendly. His price is very reasonable, and as a brilliant touch, he brought us bread and milk. I would recommend him for his professional and reliable service.

Wonderful service from Andy Red Star Travel Ellesmere Port. Comfortable, relaxing drive from Chester to Southampton Cruise Terminal, a true gentlemen and a very reasonable price, couldn't have asked for more. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Andy is an excellent guy, very friendly, great communication, turns up early, nice banter on the way to the Airport, he is based in Ellesmere Port, and we live in North Wales, which wasn’t a problem, very reasonably priced, goes that extra mile by getting bread and milk for you when you return, something I wasn’t expecting, but very grateful meant could have a cuppa soon as we got home, highly recommended and know a few people have booked based on our experience, well done Andy 👍🏼

5 stars! After being let down by another company Andy was able to accommodate our pick up from Manchester for 8 people and 8 LARGE cases! He was already waiting when we landed and had messaged and phoned to keep us up to date. This was brilliant as we wanted to get straight home after a nightmare flight. Andy was very friendly and helpful and drove swiftly and safely to get us home in no time. Will definitely use him again.

Andy delivered easily the best airport transport service we’ve ever had. Pleasant, punctual and just a really good guy. Even left us with a loaf of bread and milk after he picked us up! Redstar is definitely 5 star!
