Redstone Coaching 

Training canceled 3 times and now I have seen a post on FE WEEK that Redstone are being probed and suspended from recruiting because of the investigations but are still interviewing people

The conversation started and ended on time, was well organized and professional.

I first decided to join Jamie's program after reflecting on my own interests and skills and was unable to nail down how to make a targeted career progression path for myself. By the end, not only was I able to identify the best career path for myself, but I also learned how to be more intentional in working towards that goal, strategically optimize landing coveted roles, and align my personal life and development with my professional one. This last bit really drove home the importance of maintaining a strong body and mind to tackle work at the highest level, while framing mental models for both what motivates me and what holds me back. Jamie is an incredibly passionate coach, providing the right amount of energy and motivation to make sessions engaging with the coachee in mind. I'd highly recommend anyone hoping to reach their seemingly lofty goals or even just to improve their own lives to work with Jamie, regardless of what point you are in your career.

Working with Jamie was nothing short of phenomenal. He helped me accomplish three main things:

• Successfully lateral to a finance sector that I had no prior professional experience
• Land my target job at a leading bank in the city I desired
• Completely changed my life through mindset conditioning, lifestyle coaching, and learning how to dominate my future career

Jamie’s knowledge on navigating the career transition and maximizing your life’s potential is second to none. I had non-typical circumstances compared to other clients, and he tailored the program exactly to fit my needs. He was always prepared for every training session and there was never a wasted moment. Whenever I faced any challenges or had any questions, I knew I could get in touch with Jamie—even outside of training sessions—to receive great advice that proved pivotal in my transition.

I signed up for the program only looking to transition my career, but I gained exponentially more value. Learning about the mental conditioning, the framework for setting personal/professional goals, and leading a fulfilling life was alone worth the price. The skillset that Jamie teaches you will transcend the program’s timeline and benefit you for the rest of your life.

I cannot speak any more highly of my experience with Redstone Coaching. The investment was recouped almost immediately and it launched my career/life in ways I didn’t confidently believe possible.

Working with James and him mentoring me allowed for collaboration and feedback which you can’t get on your own. This helped me build a solid foundation on how to be organized and structure everything to adequately prepare.

The process was very enjoyable, and he laid everything out in a way that is easily understood and able to follow along. He guided me during the process to stay on track in case I went off on any unnecessary tangents. The motivation and energy he had really translated into me wanting to keep striving for the end goal and to make it possible by making smaller and larger goals on a timeline and sticking to them by holding myself accountable. In all reality, there isn’t anything I would say I disliked about the process if anything it allowed me to look at the bigger picture.

Having milestones and a way to reward yourself for reaching each one was one of the most important things I took away. The main idea being having something to always look forward to by planning and acting ahead of time otherwise it will keep being put off. He was able to dissect where you are lacking in certain areas and turn those into strengths as well.

Within a short span of time working together I was able to move into a position of my choosing at a new company. I was able to leverage my experience in a unique way and achieve the desired salary increase based on quantifiable measures rather than speculation.

I already have recommended him to people and will continue to do so in the future as he’s flexible depending on your needs and gets the job done if you are willing to do your part during this process. Moving forward this showed me how to use my time wisely on my own and principles I will continue to apply to my daily life.

Jamie was incredibly helpful in preparation for my private equity interviews and was instrumental in my success of landing my dream job. He was highly effective at drilling down into the fundamental value propositions that I had to offer when it came to crafting my story and was very thorough with feedback and points improvement as we ran through mock interviews. First, I would like to say that I really enjoyed my experience with Red Stone Coaching for a few reasons: the client care, resources, and strategy that were provided by Jamie. For me, customer service is a significant part of a business which provides services. I really loved that Jamie was extremely personable, understanding of my needs and catered specifically to them. My initial goal was to find a remote position in the field of Accounting (which was a success). However, after utilizing many of the resources Jamie provided and going through the strategies leading up to achieving my goal I gained confidence in myself and decided to take an even greater step towards the overall big picture of my career (to become a CPA and operate my own firm). In the end, a plan was developed to achieve becoming a licensed CPA and taking a greater step in my career by landing a position higher than my previous position while doing so. My decision allows me the time and also the resources that I need while working towards becoming licensed. Jamie was AWESOME!

Redstone saved me from going down the rabbit hole of blindly submitting job applications online.
