I used them to arrange a Will for myself and my wife and found them to be informative, efficient and very reasonable. The service was 5 stars from start to finish.

After receiving a letter to speak to redstone wills because they had taken over my mums will ect has the previous company had moved .this lead me to speaking to Andrew hesketh( I later learnt that Mr hesketh was renting a office in the building of redstone wills ) things were going really well Andrew treated me and mum with respect and was very helpful with mums estate and finance. But it all dragged on over 2years ! He said numerous time he needed more information or there was a problem .

Beware of this company, sub contracted my will and my LPA out to another company who took my money and ceased trading without completing the work, I was then told to get the work done locally but Redstone would not take any responsibility for the money I had paid to the other company Generational wealth, so no will,no lpa and no £1200. So be very careful

My wife and I have used Redstone Wills, St Leonards, Sussex to write, edit our Wills and create & register our Power of Attorney documents since 2017. They have always carried out our instructions perfectly, promptly, and accurately.

A year so later we also signed up to their document storage, which gives us peace of mind that all our original documents are safe and secure. Protected against fire, flood and theft. Reclaiming our original copies promptly and securely whenever we have required them for proof with banks and other organisations that need sight of them to validate agreements has always been secure, prompt and straightforward.

We have also used Redstone Wills to draft and register our Power of Attorney documents with ‘the office of Public Guardians.’ We found the best practical solution to being able to use our Power of Attorney documents, was to make copies of the originals, and return them to secure storage. Then to get the copies legally certified with our solicitors. Which enabled us to keep our documents safe, and yet by using the certified copies, still be able to use the documents legally.

All the staff we have dealt with at Redstone Wills have always been very friendly, helpful, and extremely efficient.

We have since discovered that Redstone Wills is part of the Skipton Building Society group which gives us even more confidence.

Since Skipton Building Society is an completely ethical, long established Building Society, well known for their fair and generous savings interest rates in comparison to many of the larger well known banks (which appear to act as almost a cartel in paying the lowest savings rates, whilst charging the highest loan and debt charges).

We wished we has started saving with Skipton long ago whilst we were still putting our faith in well-known high street banks and receiving a pittance in interest compared what we eventually received from Skipton once we moved our savings to them. The staff in our local branches are a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and efficient. As are the HQ Skipton staff in Yorkshire we often interact with when doing telephone banking.
We cannot recommend Redstone Wills & Skipton Building Society highly enough. For our legal document creation and secure storage, and Skipton for all our banking requirements (especially savings). We wished we had discovered and used them many years before 2017.
