First of all, all services work as expected - secondly - support is outstanding, no matter when you start the conversation with colleagues at support they have knowledge to help you out.
So far an great experience - I recommend this service!

I have been using their dedicated server from 9 months now. Starting from pre-sales till today I have not experienced downtime or lack of support. This particular incident happened where our server went offline due to the mistake of our engineer. We were unable to access the server or make it online. The support team (Pratik, Ishwar, Jack, Sonika, Prakash, Prem) worked with us closely and we got back online. It took us 2 days to fully identify and resolve the issue but there was no data loss services were back up and running , once the root cause was fixed. Their sales and support is highly recommended.

Very poor sales service. Haven't been able to purchase a dedicate server. Can't purchase online, have to go via a chat agent. The chat agents quote a different price compared to what is listed on the website. Spent 3 days trying to purchase and gave up.

The chat agents are rude and have a "take it or leave it" attitude. If sales is so rough can only imagine how support will be. I'd rather pay more and go with better service.

Update -
After their response, I am compelled to update my review. I never wanted to share my First Name and Last Name and without my consent they have posted my first name in their response.
I don't think I will ever do business with this organization ever again. They will probably update their response and claim terms of service etc. But this is my biggest problem with RedSwitches, it feels like bait and switch. Can never trust an organization that has such practices. Good luck!

This is by far one of the best website hosting service i have come across,it is very very accessible and has amazing tools one can easily arrange to their liking,one can host websites, e-commerce, web applications, run crypto projects, host streaming websites, CDN Servers at very affordable rates,based on my experience it is a very beneficial hosting service

First of all, customer support is incredible - fast, competent, and just amazing. The best thing I personally love - RedSwitches treats you like a human, and has a real interest to have you among their customers even after the payment is processed :)

A dedicated server has been installed within 30 minutes. Thirty minutes. It takes DAYS for some famous providers out there, but these guys do their work right.

Saturday afternoon, we needed a server ASAP to replace a suspended one. Fortunately, I found RedSwitches and it was a great decision to go with them. I thought it wouldn't be possible to get it so fast on Saturday :D

100% recommended for everyone who is tired of bureaucracy, slowness, and other stuff.

Business is run on Decision and moving to redswitch was one of the best decisions.

Using it for over a month and the team is very supportive in Migrating my account, (there was a cpanel issue in my old host and the mail accounts and files were manullay migrated by the redswitch support staff)
