Great company
I have been with them since 2021 now, and they are very professional and a flexible company to work for. Pay is always on time and correct, and the payslip is easy to understand. Easy to communicate with the company if needed as well either via chat or email.

On checking our records, I can see that we have had numerous conversations about the fact that you have booked jobs and not completed them and that we have previously issued warnings. If you cannot complete a job or task, redwigwam has a feature that allows you to raise a query that will notify the specific hirer if you have a problem. We have no record of you doing this. All our workers must complete the jobs they book so that we don't let our hires down and allow all workers the opportunity to work. If you have a complaint about Redwigwam's policies, you can raise a complaint via complaints@redwigwam.com. Thank you for raising your concerns. redwigwam takes the health of all our workers very seriously.

Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time. I wanted to have a sidehustle that could boost income a bit. If you do a job search on their website (before you join) you find quite a few potential jobs that are suitable. But once I joined, the ONLY 'jobs' that are visible online to me are to purchase products for reviews for Amazon, Morrisons, Asda etc. Even then, in the space of a week, not one of them changed. These are also only worthwhile if you are already ordering a grocery shop from Asda anyways. Otherwise you have to pay extra delivery. I dont have a driving license, but I am capable of travelling by bus or train to other jobs, but the website wont show me those. Very disappointed.

Great range of opportunities for good pay
Brilliant company with good customer service and a great range of opportunities. The work I have completed is simple with really competitive pay and a straight-forward payment process. The amount earned for the effort and time is so much better than similar money earning websites.

You have to put one star but they don't…
You have to put one star but they don't even deserve that.
They had registered me with HMRC 5 times as though I had 5 jobs which meant I was being taxed 20% on everything. They claim it isn't the result so they don't take any responsibility for issues.
They have done it again claiming I have 2 jobs with them now.
Don't work for this company, you barely get paid anything just for the people higher up to get all the money.

Regarding the issue you've experienced with multiple registrations and tax deductions, we would like to clarify that HMRC themselves initiates the tax code adjustments. As an employer, we cannot modify an employee's tax code until we receive instructions from HMRC. If you believe there has been an error in your tax deductions, we recommend contacting HMRC directly to rectify the situation. They will be able to provide guidance and assistance to ensure your tax code accurately reflects your employment situation. https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/hm-revenue-customs/contact/income-tax-enquiries-for-individuals-pensioners-and-employees
It is worth stating if you have paid Tax that is not due, the HMRC will instruct redwigwam, as your employer, to refund this, but again we can not do this until the HMRC notifies us.

I heard about redwigwam very early on and joined immediately. You select the jobs and the brief is very easy to follow! Most jobs can be carried out doing your normal weekly shop so minimum inconvenience maximum gain! There is a terrific online team that can assist if you need help.

The market leaders
I've completed over 100 jobs for Red Wigwam and I really enjoy working with them. I've worked for a number of different agencies and I genuinely find Red Wigwam to be the best one out there.
It is a bit of a chore to initially register with them but there's always someone helpful on Live Chat to assist you with it and I think it shows what a professional company they are that they want to have all the information and documentation in place from the outset.
I hate working in the same place with the same people doing the same thing day in and day out but that's not an issue with Red Wigwam. I'm going into lots of different places working with different brands and meeting different people. I think I'm in a very privileged position being able to go into all these places and see how they work behind the scenes as an outsider. I love having the opportunity to be able to increase sales for the brand I'm working for and, of course, the store managers are busy but I'm invariably met with kindness because they want to increase sales too. I get the job satisfaction of looking at a display and knowing that I created that and it's going to positively impact sales for the brand. I've previously worked for a supermarket so I've got the confidence to go in to any store and do some merchandising but if you want to get some retail experience Red Wigwam is an ideal place to start because they are so helpful. They also offer e-learning and they will even provide you with a reference.
I love the flexibility of it, I can pick and choose what I want to do and when. If I want to do a job on a different day I can quickly change it on the system. I like to try to be environmentally aware and do a job when I'm passing a particular town and it's brilliant that I can go on Live Chat and see if it's possible to change the date of a booking with the added benefit of reducing my travel costs, meaning more money for me.
I find that Red Wigwam are really supportive. For example with other companies I can email them repeatedly without any response unless it benefits them but with Red Wigwam I can get immediate help with any query on Live Chat and it feels as though we are working collaboratively.
The best thing about Red Wigwam has to be their finance team. They must be super organised because they have always paid me correctly. Other agencies will always take the opportunity to pay you less if they can but that's never the case with Red Wigwam - if I follow the brief then I get paid the advertised fee. You even get the chance to pick your own payday and can chop and change it to suit your budget which is amazing. Other agencies often pay you at the end of the following month so you sometimes have to wait nearly two months to get paid, but with Red Wigwam you can choose to get paid at the end of the same month, the end of the same week or even the next day which is just incredible. I've chosen weekly paydays and it is fantastic to know that I'm going to get paid every Friday plus it makes it easy for me to keep track.
Yes, I get rated by the employer but I find their briefs to be straightforward, and I don't tie myself up in knots with them like I do with other agencies. Plus I also get the chance to rate them too which is innovative.
If you want a flexible job with friendly people with lots of variety in a supportive environment then give Red Wigwam a try.

Great innovative flexible working site
Redwigwam is a great flexible working agency where you can book shifts and go. Although the work is not constant, I have found there to be a decent amount of shifts during my time using the site, and shifts are often approved very quickly.
