I can see a lot of negative reviews recently but I love working for them. I only do the 'mystery shopping' assignments and have had no issues thus far. It's true that the jobs are not regular and are not necessarily very highly paid but the tasks are simple and if you are going to the supermarket anyway, why not ....
I have never had an issue with payment. I opted to be paid daily and have received payment the day after the job is approved. They do deduct 20% tax but for me this is better than owing the tax man money at year end. I usually look at what they are paying and multiply it by 0.8 which tells me how much I will actually receive. If it's not worth doing, I don't apply for the job.
I have given 4*, rather than 5, only because I would like more jobs to be available in my area.

I still haven't received to my pay for a eleven hour shift that I did in 3th of april.Wasn't I supposed to get pay today?If I am wrong please correct me.

I responded to their listing for temp warehouse staff and it all rapidly declined from there.
Their live chat reps are wildly uninformed, though very lovely as people.
The warehouse was not able to accomodate the very promising conditions that the Redwigwam had stated, not the days not the hours not the flexibility. The staff at the warehouse were so puzzled by the flexibility I had been offered, I had to show them the job listing to prove I hadn't made it up.
I've lost a days wage and bus ticket to this company and frankly I'm not even interested to pursue it if it means I never have to deal with them again.
I would advise to avoid at all costs. This is not a reliable employer. They make promises that they can't possibly keep. They're messy and uniformed on the jobs they offer.
EDIT: Seems the company has attempted to report my review of my dreadful experience as unauthentic. I assure you, if Trustpilot reach out to me for documentation I still have all the emails exchanged confirming my shifts and subsequently canceling them after it was not as advertised. I have however changed my review title as it was perhaps a little profane!

How about if people ask you to remove them from your Payroll and delete the account - They do so - Instead that Keep your Date when you have not given your consent for it to be keep on File - Breach of the Date protection Act.
Pretty bad company. I wouldn't recommend them because if you book jobs with them last minute these '' agencies '' they work with cancel last minute. This is the worst mystery shopping company as of date. I would not trust them with booking jobs. Don't bother trust me

Honestly thought it was a scam to start - the facial recognition isn't easy to use! But I contacted them about it, they reset my account and now I'm signed up!
Got paid for my first job without issue - it's great that you can choose daily/weekly/monthly pay and easily change it when you want.
Contacted them about a job I couldn't see advertised on their site, their customer service is exceptional. I was responded to within the hour and placed on the job for the same day.
It's not a huge amount of hours here, (Blackpool,) but would definitely recommend to anyone after casual hours.

Tried signing up but site rejected facial recognition for no good apparent reason (like may people on here). I am now anxious that they have my bank details and passport etc. There is no human being to contact so if anyone from the firm reads this I hope they will reassure me they will destroy my information.

Really great experience, lots of variety between jobs offered which is great if you don't want to keep doing the same thing. Staff always quick to respond and help out as best they can

never worked with a company so fast to respond. The fact I could sign up and they checked my right to work without me leaving my house is so cool. Will defiantly be using them again

Secured a contract which meant changing POS materials for a national company, on a weekly basis. First week, no POS delivered. Second week, POS delivered 2 days late (the day prior to due to being fit) and was incomplete and I was unable to complete tasks due to not having being supplied with the correct equipment. This then gave me a negative score due to having cancelled shifts late due to no fault of my own. I won't bother again, there are plenty of friendly helpful agencies out there who out shine this company x100.
I've tried making an account and put all my info and each time I try to save it says connection error...I try live chat but it's just a useless robot. So I give up and delete my account...there is no use...
About to start but concerned to enter my bank details and upload my drivers licence.

This company does not pay the advertised rate. They removed tax from my pay, despite informing that a) I am self-employed and b) I do not earn enough to pay tax. They were completely unhelpful when contacted and claimed I would need to contact HMRC. Despite doing so, I have never been able to recover the 'tax' so I assume they pocketed it for themselves as HMRC issue refunds if tax genuinely has been overpaid. I will never complete any further jobs for them and I do not recommend them to anyone.
As you can see below, they state they will only give you your tax back if you complete further work for them which I am not prepared to do because I did not receive the promised amount the first time around. They should be able to pay workers back any monies due as a matter of procedure, they have all our address details. I'll be waiting for you to send me the full amount I am due RedWigWam....

The app itself is very intuitive and It was very easy to sign up and pick up work (provided you have a smart phone) however after completing my first shift and receiving a payslip confirming my wages have been sent I had not received anything in my bank.
Staff were very quick to reply and helpful via live chat and referred me to the payroll division who have assured me this is being dealt with but my bank advised me to obtain a reference number for the payment that RedWigWam have confirmed has been made on their end. As of writing, despite repeated requests, payroll are yet to provide me with this reference and have simply assured me the general matter is being investigated with no mention of this reference number.
I have no reason as of yet to believe that they are not chasing this up but without a number to contact them on it is difficult to know exactly where I stand and without a reference it is impossible for me to investigate on my end. Until this is sorted or I have some more solid information as to when I will be receiving payment I can only recommend this service for people who wouldn't rely on this as a primary source of income, as being left in the dark is tortuous when you need the money for food and bills.
While I understand these things happen and the initial failure may not even be the fault of RedWigWam or their bank, I am inclined to leave a negative review as there is no evidence yet that this is being dealt with urgently, though I may in future amend this review if this is proven to be the case.
UPDATE: This has now been resolved and the money has been sent to my account but I am only changing the view to a 2 stars as it would have only required a few minor pieces of information to save me 3 days of worry and hardship.

Not at all happy. Am in the process of closing my account. I have spent ages scanning, copying and so on to fulfill their requirements but I can't do the last bit without a mobile phone, and I don't have one. I also need to have a friend who is on Red Wigwam, which I don't.
In the process I have been passed back and forth and wasted a lot of time.
DO NOT BOTHER TO APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MOBILE PHONE.

Great company - always pay on time and offer a wide variety of jobs.
Had an issue but they sorted it quickly, they lose a star because they are a little inflexible with the system, I live in 1 area and work in central, I wanted to do some work in central on the way home, their system isn’t built for that, can only do one hour from my address ...good overall but not as flexible as I would have liked so you still loose 1 star, sorry
