Great company from start to finish. They visited my house, fully surveyed the job and presented me with different options. Once we had agreed a solution they arranged a date convenient to me and got the job done. The guys on site were great to deal with and completely tided up and even hoovered around! Highly recommend Redwood, communication was great and end product even better!

Absolute despicable and unprofessional customer service. I had contacted the company via mobile, only to have spoken to a condescending idiot, who rudely just hung up on me. Tried ringing again, only to be placed on voice mail. If this is the treatment a company treats it’s customers, then I understand why numerous firms are filing for bankruptcy. What a joke!

Anthony and his team were friendly, communicative and accommodating. Their plumber even came out on short notice to troubleshoot and sort a minor glitch. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

Anthony and his team were fantastic. They arrived on time were helpful, polite and respectful throughout the few days they were here. Anthony has also been great at organising and referring other work.

The team at Redwood are very professional, excellent time keeping and always polite.
I will be using these again very soon.

Redwood helped renovate our garage into a bar area and did an unbelievable job. The lads on the job were fantastic and extremely accommodating, can’t recommend them enough. They have also previously done our doors and they did an exceptional job then to. Overall a great experience that i would recommend to all.

We recently worked with the Redwood team on multiple projects throughout our home renovations, including wall panelling, new skirting boards, several internal doors, and kitchen kick boards — and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

From start to finish, their workmanship was outstanding. Every detail was completed to a very high standard, with precise finishes that have made a huge difference to the overall look of our home. They were professional, reliable, and always left the work areas clean and tidy.

Anthony and his team replaced some kitchen kick boards for me. They did a great job and were very clean and tidy. I have now booked them to replace my internal doors and skirting boards.

Had Redwood on 2 £1.5million houses for us. All I can say is you dont need to look any further. From the roofs to doors Redwood did it all. The whole team is professional from start to finish. Their clean and tidy, always at the end of the phone for guidance and always turn up when agreed. All work is completed to exceptional standards and always on time.. not only have I found our new joinery contractors but also friends. Thanks Ant and the team you do really take the stress away..

Highly recommended. Anthony and one of his team, Chris, replaced all my kitchen cupboards and built a brand-new kitchen island. The workmanship was outstanding 10/10. I would absolutely use them again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Redwood joinery constructed a new roof for my home. The work carried out was to a high standard and roof constructed in a good time frame. The team are friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Basically not to be be trusted, they installed a new kitchen in our flat, but left a big scratch in our dishwasher, this was admitted by Redwood at the time, but later denied when they realised the costs involved.
All of which can be proved by a text message chain.

Many thanks for your response, much appreciated, however I think you are both a little confused.
My review was not about budget/finished product (Although the finishes fall sway short in particular the gaps around the plinthes), it was about RESPECT to other persons property, let me lay out the facts which can be proved by receipts etc.

The dish washer in question was just over three years old, not the twenty plus as you claim. Why do you feel the need to fabricate the untruths?

Also cast your mind back to the first day on the job, both myself and my wife walked in to see a three week old washing machine in the middle of the kitchen covered in plaster rubble and dust along with various tools piled on top. NO RESPECT.
The sparkies who followed on the next day had the respect to cover up our property with covers to protect them A++.
After the kitchen installation we spent time removing various plaster debris etc etc that was kicked/swept under the units ie out of sight out of mind, LACK OF RESPECT.

Also it would be appreciated if you could provide factual evidence of the abusive text messages.
I’ll wait 🧐 But just remember I’ve still got the original text message train.

We had Ant & Chris install a new kitchen in a rental property with the tenant in-situ
The lads done a fantastic job in removing the old kitchen and fitting the new in a challenging environment.
The work was completed on time and to the highest of standards.
The issues that cropped up during the installation were dealt with and we could not ask any more of the lads .
Would highly recommend Redwood Joinery and we only wish we were introduced to them sooner.
We will have more work for them to complete in the future.

We had Ant, Hayden, Chris and the gang doing lots of work throughout our extension project. From roof timbers to kitchen fitting, internal doors, skirting and architrave.
First class team! Nothing was too much trouble, the quality of work was first class and they were all friendly and clean and tidy workers.

The door is expertly made and looks amazing. Team were super friendly and attentive. We are delighted.

Anthony and Corey did a fantastic job building the support and structure of the first floor in our extension. They were done in the day in some crazy heat, and the builders highly rate their work.

Ant, Hayden and Corey came to fit our new windows. They are did an amazing job! We are in a grade 2 listed building a made sure everything looked great. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing some work.

Full kitchen fit by Hayden and Corey brilliant job the design was done by the kitchen supplier and Hayden spotted a few problems before they became a problem!!. Very pleased and would highly recommend them. Keith and Jane Doyle
