Excellent communication and support from the Reeds Rains Evesham team
I would like to share some very positive feedback about my experience with Reeds Rains Estate Agents in Evesham, especially Jack Ford and the wider team.
Jack was very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process. It was very easy to arrange both the first and the second viewing, and each time I was given plenty of time to look around the property and ask questions without feeling rushed.
I would also like to highlight how supportive and responsive the whole team has been with emails and other communication. This made the process feel much smoother and much less stressful.
During my second viewing, another colleague kindly allowed me the time I needed to take measurements and carefully assess the loft space. Their patience and understanding made a real difference and helped me feel more confident in my decision-making.
This experience made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel much more positive and straightforward.
Thank you again to the whole Reeds Rains Evesham team for your professionalism and support.
