Asked for my account to be closed over a month ago now and not responding to my emails(49) at all.

TOTAL SCAMMERS over $200.00 deposited and not a single thing not even 5 nine's. I have sent over 30 emails to have my account closed and not a single response what a joke. You speak to chat about closing your account and they tell you to email support and be patient seriously how patient do you need to be to get a response.
You have to beg for a lousy bonus and again a complete waste of time you get stuff all.

Don't bother playing. They will happily take your money but if you win they want all sorts of proof including passport, banking info, proof you sent them money, even though they have the proof as they are the requesters. You will go in circles for days and never get paid. They are just collecting your information and are based in Costa Rica. Buyer beware, play elsewhere

This company is a Total scam IV ask countless times for my account to be closed but yet they want id and card numbers and proof of address to be able to close it.
