The products may be good, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

When I returned an item, I paid for the UPS return label, yet another return fee was deducted from my refund. It took a long time to get a response, and even the company later admitted they didn't know how the incorrect deduction happened.

I eventually received an explanation, but the whole process was frustrating. Think twice before ordering if you expect smooth communication and hassle-free returns.

Gute Aufklärung auf Nachfragen zum Artikel. Qualität und Verarbeitung sehr gut auf den ersten blick, mal sehen wie langliebig die Schuhe bleiben.

Terrible customer service.

Wouldn't recommend shipping to the UK unless you're prepared to pay an extra 30% on the list price in fees as they dont have the correct exemption certifications.

The shoes look nothing like the photos, incredibly poor quality materials, and they run 2 sizes too big (at least).

Returning these was a complete nightmare from start to finish, their returns portal doesn't work, and it takes days/weeks to get a response from customer service.

Could not recommend this business any less, not a single positive thing to say.
