Megan’s review contains several purposeful misrepresentations and lies, so I’d like to clarify what actually happened based on our email thread.

Megan purchased a lifetime deal hoping to integrate Push Lap Growth with Systeme.io. However, Systeme.io is not one of our supported integrations, which is clearly listed publicly on our website. She attempted to use our Zapier integration, but this requires API access — a feature not included in the lifetime plan she bought. Our Zapier page also clearly states that users are responsible for passing their affiliate ID dynamically from their own tools into Zapier, since every platform works differently.

On January 2nd, Megan contacted me requesting API access. I explained it’s only available on higher plans and offered her a 30% discount on our yearly subscription, which she accepted. At that point, she had multiple options:

1. Start a free 14-day trial
2. Choose a monthly plan
3. Start a yearly plan with the discount

She chose option 3 and received full API access.

Later, she said her Zapier connection wasn’t working. After reviewing her setup, I saw she had hardcoded an incorrect affiliate ID, instead of pulling it dynamically as instructed. I explained this, researched a solution for her, and provided step-by-step guidance involving hidden fields and a script I was willing to write for her.

When she said she wasn’t technical enough, I even offered to personally set everything up on her account for free. She declined, later claiming it was working. I congratulated her and asked her to reach out if needed.

Days passed, she wrote back requesting a refund, admitting:

"I don't think I should have to give a stranger access to my entire business platform."

That’s understandable, but it doesn’t change the fact that the integration was never properly completed.

Regarding refunds:
Our website clearly states no refunds on subscriptions.
The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to lifetime plans, which she did NOT purchase, and even that period had already passed. This information is not in any fine print as she falsely claims, it's in the prominent part of the website where she read about a money-back guarantee in the first place. She's purposefully lying about this to not take accountability

We went far beyond our support obligations, offering discounts, research, and hands-on help. Unfortunately, this situation stems from a lack of research and technical readiness, not from any failure on our end.

We stand by our product and our policies.

This is unfortunately not true.

When a trial period is started for any app, it's a responsibility of the customer to cancel their free trial before the period ends. We send 3 different emails reminding a user that their free trial is about to end and i have records of those 3 emails being sent to your email.

You reached out saying you didn't want to continue your free trial and don't want to be charged, i advised you to simply go to your dashboard -> billing and click manage subscription and cancel your plan (there is nothing wrong with this process, it's been used hundreds of times).

Let me ask you a simple question, when you canceled your trial, was any money taken from you by us? If no, then why the negative review making an inaccurate statement that our cancelation doesn't work?

You complained saying you didn't get a confirmation message, which i clearly explained to you that we use Stripe for billing, and stripe doesn't send a confirmation message when you cancel.

So here are the facts:
- You started a free trial to our software
- 3 emails were sent to you before your trial finished (you did nothing)
- An attempt was made to charge your card after your trial period ended, the attempt was unsuccessful as there were insufficient funds in your card
- You reached out for support saying you want to cancel and you don't want to be charged
- I gave you the instructions on how to cancel your subscription
- You complained about not getting a confirmation email
- I explained to you we outsource all that process to Stripe.
- No money was taken from your card
- Our cancelation process works as exactly as it should.

Flagging this review as it contains a lot of inaccurate and plainly false information.
