The RefillRx Connect team has been great to work with over the years. They have been very receptive and respond timely to our ever changing needs for our company. Our company is a little complex as we have multiple dispensing platforms and we have used other Online and Mobile apps for refill service and the RefillRx connect product has been the least problematic of them all. If you are utilizing Rx30 as your dispensing platform I would highly recommend using RxConnect system, your staff and your customers won't be disappointed with the results.

I have been working with RefillRx for about a year. In that time they have become an invaluable service for the business that I work for. Janet and the team are excellent. My requests and questions are always fulfilled and answered quickly, even on days that they are busy. Their communication is excellent. If my request cannot be fulfilled immediately, they will let me know as soon as they can and do anything they can to help. I have also reached out to them for advice and suggestions on similar matters and they are ready and helpful with their answer. I truly always look forward to reaching out to them and talking on the phone. A must-use company!

Their service is awesome! As an independent pharmacist whom wears many hats, they help hold one of those for me. They are prompt with answer and assistance and never make me feel like a bother. They have spent time to walk me through understanding how to make changes so we can be more efficient and update our own site as needs, especially with COVID vaccines, changed almost daily. When I wanted to make huge changes to the website, they supported me and offered both suggestions and ideas for improvement. When I needed help with choosing various systems to integrate into our website, they were there to help, offer advice and decipher which would be best for my company. I can't say thank you enough for all the assistance and load you have taken off my back at times!

I STARTED OUT MY PHARMACY WITH REFILLRX CONNECT. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WEBSITE AND ALL THE OTHER FEATURES. DIGITAL PHARMACIST REACHED OUT TO ME REGARDING WHAT THEY OFFERED. THERE WERE A FEW THINGS I LIKED ABOUT THAT REFILLRX CURRENTLY DID NOT OFFER, BUT WERE IN THE INFANCY STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT. REGRETFULLY I DECIDED TO SWITCH TO DIGITAL PHARMACIST BUT ONLY SIGNED A MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT TO SEE IF I LIKED IT. I WILL SAY IT COST MORE AND DID ABSOLUTLY NOTHING FOR MY BUSINESS. I HAD PATIENTS HAVE MANY ISSUES WITH THE APP ESPECIALLY AND THE FACEBOOK ADVERTISING JUST WASNT WORTH IT. I CONTACED MELISSA AT REFILLRX WHO I HAD WORKED WITH BEFORE. SHE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND HAD ME BACK UP AND LIVE WITH REFILLRX CONNECT WITHIN 24 HOURS. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE. SHE RESPONDS TO MY EMAILS IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE HAVE AN ISSUE OR QUESTION. THE NEW PLATFORM WAS MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE AND THE APP IS SO MUCH MORE USER FRIENDLY AND IT TOTALLY INTERFACED WITH MY COMPUTER SOFTWARE WHICH DIGITAL PHARMACIST APP DID NOT AND WAS REALLY NOT USER FRIENDLY. I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT REFILLRX CONNECT AND MELISSA AND AM VERY VERY HAPPY I CAME BACK. I ALWAYS RECOMMEND REFILLRX CONNECT TO ANY PHARMACY OWNERS THAT ASK AND I ALWAYS SAY TOP QUALITY, TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND OUTSTANDING.

I have been with Refill RX since July, 2016. I switched from a competitor and it been a great partnership. The team is easy to work with, very attentive to my needs and always willing to listen to suggestions. They are aware of the marketplace and the ever changing digital enviorniment. I am looking forward to seeing what the future brings with this high quality team

We are new (few months) to Refill connects platforms and have really been impressed with the personal, friendly service. Our requests for changes are handled quickly and correctly. They were a big part of our Covid vaccine success. We had to change our plan quickly and helped with suggestions on how to set it up.

Refill Rx Connect is awesome. We have had to make some adjustments to our website and they were great to work with. They have always been responsive and helpful when I wasn't sure what I wanted. Janet and Melissa are always cheerful, happy and very patient. This is a group that knows what they are doing and it is a pleasure to have them in my corner.

RefillRx Connect is incredible. The staff and developers are so accommodating. Our pharmacy would not be where it is today without them. They allowed us to transform how we do business for our pharmacies and we are forever grateful!
