I paid for the extra shipping to get a patio bottom track shipped to install for a customer on Monday and apparently they don't explain to you that they don't work on the weekends at all you'd figure a big Warehouse would maybe let you know that after you you spend all this money for shipping. Now I got a pissed off customer that I can't install this on Monday and if they ship it Monday it's going to take another two to four days to get here so then I'm just going to have to explain to them I can install it till Friday glad I paid all that extra money for shipping to get ripped off, I would have ordered it from somewhere else that actually work weekends that has the part like Walmart eBay etc thanks

I recieved a email confirming they had recieved my order. I got a email when it was shipped and a email that it had been delivered.

When first shipment didn't come through Reflect went above & beyond & sent a second unit out.

Product was not delivered as requested or paid for under “FedEx International Priority.” The package arrived at the FedEx hub in Memphis, TN and was scanned at 2:30 AM on Friday, April 3, yet it was not delivered to my residence until Monday, April 6.
I reached out twice via email with no response. When I called, I was given inconsistent explanations rather than a clear resolution. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially given the premium shipping cost.

Every time I enter my email I have to wait for a code.to be emailed to so I dont like that.i didn't see a spot to enter phone number so a code could be texted to me
