Worst support ever racist moderators. No online support only Discord support...

Very unbalanced, a bot will miss 20 shots point blank but then snipe you across the map to the head. Also servers are slow. Not recommended

The moderator "Loki" banning people for no reason. Because of this I am not having any support service about refrag.gg services.

I contacted support though discord with an problem caused by myself, and this is the first time Iv actually had feeling that I was valued and respected customer. Very well done.

Ive had issues with disconnecting steam acc from an old email and Mr Caseyofoster solved my problem within 5 minutes via discord.

Getting in touch with customer support requires you to make an account with a third-party platform called "Discord" which recently had a data leak. I do not want to agree to Discords' ToS, and I cannot be forced to do that under EU GDPR. I haven't used the service, and to get a refund, I basically had to get my money back through Xsollas support. The lack of email or regular support tickets is very silly.

The actual service itself seems pretty solid. However, the signup process is kind of weird. If you use a trial code for 3 free days, you can't also include billing info without nulling that free trial period.

Huge thanks to caseyfoster for great customer service. He gets a perfect 5/5 score.

If only all the people paying for this crap service knew what a jerk, MAESTR0, the owner of the company (at least thats how he poses on Faceit) is. He cannot go one game without harassing other players and will not shut up during the whole match. He is currently on a Unsportsmanlike conduct ban on Faceit. Do not support this idiot, guys.

I received an email today reminding me that i have a subscription i wasnt even using. I have never had a company remind me that im giving them money i wasnt trying to :)

Easy to use, great for development

Im using refrag for 2 months now.
Easy to understand webinterface, well written Wiki page, lots of options for training. Smokes, Movement, Aim (Pref, Crossfire and so on). You can even train with your friends.

Only downside are the servers, that are laggy on some days (not always and every day, but when they start to lag - its annoying).
So if they would fix the issue with the servers - it would be the best website id recommend to everyone.

Within 5 minutes after i made my ticket i got help and it fixed my issues with matches not showing on the site.

Extremly good training tool and the negative reviews must be from other training tools or something. Refrag has been perfect for me. Still trying to get rid of bad habbits i got from the free prefire workshop maps.

Customer service really great, had an issue which was resolved in quick time, the coaching system had helped me improve so much, although I have far to still go

good site with a really fast supp, must have for improving in cs

Always pushing the scope of what training in competetive fps can look like, absolutly worth it if your're serious about improving in counter strike
