Avoid Avoid Avoid.. can never speak to anyone on the phone.the 1st claim was paid directly to them but they said they hadn't received it..literallly a week after filing my 2nd claim they wanted payment in full before any payments were authorised by HMRC.. then come up with some story about "their terms and conditions" which I've never received,the only correspondence I received was a few texts messages,2 weeks after filing my claim I received letters for legal action to take me to court.. 2 bit outfit,use a reputable company instead of these cowboys.
