Steve Thomas was extremely helpful, on the ball helping me throughout. All I had to do was answer a few questions and he did the rest of the work to get me a refund that I was entitled too and unaware of. The process was simple, I signed a few documents along the way which Steve guided me through. Excellent communication throughout and always prompt to reply to any messages.
