RS has always been good at helping us find the things we never would.
Anything that is in question we receive a email and we reply with a record or file that tells our history and the next thing that happens is we usually receive a refund because of lost product we would never know about.

After migrating over to 3Colts
After migrating over to 3Colts, we lost important reporting functionality. Our Client Success Manager seemed inconvenienced by our only call because he failed to see that we were PST. When we try to contact him to troubleshoot account issues, it often takes an additional follow-up and at least a week later to hear back and information is minimal. We will likely move to a different service provider.

Reliable, Efficient and Trustworthy
Refund Sniper reliably just get on with their job, running checks every 3 months on our Amazon selling account and always managing to find some refunds for us. It never fails to amaze us however that the giant that is Amazon are unable to run these checks themselves - surely they can afford the software? There really should be no need for Refund Sniper’s existence at all but thank goodness they are there for all of us small Amazon sellers who are just trying to make an honest living. We couldn’t recommend Refund Sniper more highly.

We use their services a few years ago…
We use their services a few years ago nothing ever happened and we thought they went bankrupt and suddenly out of nowhere they send us an invoice with no information and no proof of action. Don't they realize most businesses don't even accept invoices more than 365 days old, very poor service.
