Phone after sometimes not working properly and gets heated from times to times even seven days are not enough to test the phone if return is eligible or not it need more time

I received the wrong item in my recent order. I have tried multiple times to contact the store, but the phone number provided is not working. I also sent an email but haven’t received any response.

Due to the lack of communication, I decided to visit the store in person. Upon arriving, I discovered that the store has been permanently closed for over a week, as confirmed by nearby shopkeepers.

Since the item I received is not what I expected and the store is no longer operational, I would like to return the item. Could you please assist me with the return process?

The premium iPhone ordered stopped working after one week. It can not be fixed as it consists from non-apple parts. The customerservice does not respond.
The phone is fake. The money is gone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM REURBZOO!

The seller didnt give charger and they arent even responding calls, they admitted they have not sent i asked them to buy charger online delivery they didnt even do. They saw the face of spending 50 AED keeping customers trust.. worst.. i have all the voice note they sent me and call logs that i made so many calls.

Worst iPhone I have used I want to replace it but nobody is answering my calls I’m trying to reach out to you but with no response this iPhone I not working well

I ordered iPhone 12 and I want to change it to iPhone 13 and they changed it for me in just one day .

I purchased an iPhone 13 Mini from Refurboo, expecting a quality refurbished device. Unfortunately, it turned out to have duplicate parts, including a non-genuine battery that wouldn’t charge at all. Thankfully, Apple devices notify users if counterfeit parts are used, which helped me identify the issue.

While I did manage to return the device, the experience was disappointing, and I question the quality control processes in place. I would recommend potential buyers to thoroughly inspect any purchase from them or consider alternative sellers for reliable refurbished products. REVIBE is a great alternate where I finally found a good refurb device which was delivered to me after a thorough quality check.

Today I’m going to share my experience to buy a renewed iPhone 13 Pro I had purchased on 30 Aug 2024from this,seller by noon platform and it was with warranty lable.
Then exactly on 18 Nov 2024 suddenly its LCD became black without any reason. As it’s under warranty I requested for warranty claim. After lots of emails, phone calls and discussion they pick it up and after 2 weeks finally I received an email including a file that It says this phone is out of warranty!! because it’s damaged by water or accident that’s not true, What a shame! What a shame!
then hey have asked 1200 aed for repairing LCD that even it’s more than market price!
The only reason I bought this phone from this seller by noon App was about warranty
I’m sure u understand that how I have lost all my data on this phone beside a big waste of money and time!
Based on a little search on Google I found out many people have the same problem with this seller.

Bought iphone xs max from them in march 2024.had a line on the screen in may.then upgrade to ios 18 in september all hell break loose.the battery is not recognized by the phone.no longer able to charge it.they said that the screen is not covered in the 12month warranty.so what is covered?this is scam company.do not buy anything from them.

The phone was almost broken the volume up button is stopped working at the second day

I purchased the iPhone SE 2020 model in red because of its superb quality and appearance. However, I've encountered some issues. The battery life lasts only about an hour, and the phone's display seems to be attached using gum, which gives it a poor finish. I'm very disappointed with the service from efurbzoo.ae.
