I wrote a review about not receiving the necklace I ordered over 3 months ago. They claim my shipping address is incorrect and the courier could not deliver. I confirmed my shipping address with them and they told me it was still incorrect. Now they are asking me to take down my review. No way!

Getting emailed to delete my review and they will refund me is crazy! And clearly I'm not the only one. Scam company!

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered in November and I still have not received my order 3 months later. I have emailed back and forth with them and all I keep getting are excuses! 24 emails later and this was the response I got this morning. Asking me to be patient? I have been patient. I gave you my $, you failed to deliver a Christmas gift, and 3 months later I still do not have my items. I have been told they shipped a new order. I have been told I was issued a store credit. None of these things are true. SCAM COMPANY!!

Ordered two necklaces just before Christmas, so around the second week of December. I received an out for delivery notification beginning of January. The package never arrived. I reached out to the company second week of January to see where my package was. They said it was unable to be delivered due to not having an access code. My building does not require a code and does not have any gate to access. So after re-confirming the address, they said they were going to ship out another one asap. So I waited yet again, but never received any sort of confirmation of shipment. Two weeks go by and I never received my package. I reached out a third time and they said they would ship it out again. A week goes by and still nothing. I reached out a fourth time demanding a refund and there was silence. After I disputed the charge with my cc company, I finally heard back from the company and they refunded the money.
I’m very disappointed with this company. They kept claiming that my package was undeliverable, but in the last 2 weeks I have ordered from other companies through Etsy and received my packages with no issues. Would never order from this company again.

Love everything about the necklace. It is just beautiful. I love how my kids name are on the hearts.

I got my necklace for Christmas 2025 and I have worn it everyday since! I have received compliments on how pretty it is. I love it. I sleep in it and shower with it. It still looks great. Highly recommend.

I wouldnt even give them a one star. I ordered some pretty earrings (bows) early December. Despite tracking from China and excuses they only just arrived in time for a Christmas gift around the 24th. They were the worst thing I've ever seen. Nothing like the Instagram photo. Too small to actually fit in the ear. Cannot tell that they are pretty bow in the image online. Messaged then a few times and finally got a reply 8 Feb (from December) to say they were the same measurements as advertised and no refund could be issued. I feel scammed Please do not waste your hard earned money on this Company. It will just end in disappointment especially if it is a gift.

I love the necklace. It was a smidge smaller than expected but it's still very pretty. I get compliments on it everytime I wear it. I don't remember exactly how long it took to get to me. It came before I wondered if I was getting scammed. Lol. I'd purchase again.

Were very helpful when I asked if I could add mum to the ring with my brother and sister who both as passed away.
I received the ring today and very happy with it.
Will order again from them.

Really beautiful and well-made product! It is dainty, but feels sturdy enough to withstand frequent wearing. My only critique is that I wish the heart charms would stay facing forward and not flip, but that’s no big deal. Beautiful product at a great price! I’m very happy with my purchase!

I ordered the gold heart necklace for myself. It has four hearts, each with one of my grandchildrens’ names. It’s beautiful and I love it!

I have gotten many compliments on my necklace. It is absolutely beautiful. My daughters have also have gotten compliments and were asked where they got them from.

Ordering was fast and easy. Delivery was extra fast, I was pleasantly surprised. Product is beautiful!!

Omg I love my custom name earrings. It took a little while to get to me. Unfortunately they came after Christmas. They are so cute, they fit my ear perfectly. I will be buying more products 🥰❣️. The customer service Rep was so nice 🙂.

Great company! Ordered two bracelets and they are beautiful. Great customer service as well. One of the bracelets arrived damaged, and they replaced the bracelet for me. I did have to push back a little to get the replacement, but they did end up making things right.

I ordered something on 12/2/2025 and it's now 1/21/2026 and I haven't received it. I emailed them and got a response that didn't satisfy me. I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded and they refused.

I got a necklace made for my best friend and she absolutely loved it!
