Very pleased with the quality of my garden furniture. The delivery was on time and the men were extremely helpful

Ordered a Havana Compact corner set on the 6 Apr through Outdoor Edge Garden Furniture. Sent an email to them before purchase and was assured it was in stock - 2-3 week delivery.
Chased at the end of week 2 and told to contact Regatta GF direct - Customer Services.
Mon, 19 Apr - told all managers were in a meeting and discussing delivery dates.
Tue, 20 Apr informed that the date for delivery should be next week 'just making final arrangements for delivery to your area' will call and confirm.
Wed, 21 Apr - no call.
Thu, 22 Apr - told that the furniture, which is now on a boat coming from China, has been delayed and is expected mid May.

THAT MEANS THE ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK.

Now awaiting a refund - money out of my account immediately - money back in 3-5 working days!!

Very very disappointing!!

Unfortunately the order has been delivered incomplete, once I have received all the items, I will leave a full review.

All items have now been delivered, I am very happy with the quality of the product; it’s very comfortable and the customer service dept are very professional/ quick to act on any discrepancies.

Connor & Liz in the showroom were fantastic. They were on hand to answer all questions... nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant.

I bought the furniture during lockdown and was helped by the sales staff through the website. I am not very good with websites. Deliver was made in a timely manner but I have had to put the furniture in the summer house whilst I have some emergency builders on site. Hopefully it will all go together once unpacked but I have every faith Regatta will help. They seem very caring and efficient.

ordered a corner set and sun lounger in September left a 300 hundred pounds deposit cash. was told delivery would be in November .it was after Christmas that i thought i better follow up as had heard nothing.
was told it would now be April i asked if that was a definite delivery time and he said yes .just called to check and am now told it would be the end of may but not definite.
in all this time i have never had a single call or update regarding delivery i have had to do all the chasing. when i phoned a manager to complain he gave me a long explanation and as if he was proud of it explained he has a lot of other customers in my position.the set i ordered is no longer on the website i can only assume its no longer available . i said i wanted a refund in cash as this is what i gave them he said OK and offered me 5% discount if i picked a set in stock i refused
i said i would leave a negative review and he said in a uncomfortable tone go ahead i will have it removed and taken down
in all very upsetting experience leaving me to have to find another set now and all delivery times are for end of the summer.

Staff were very helpful and patient and even brought a sofa out from the store as restrictions did not allow us to enter to browse. Delivery was within a few days and as agreed.

Garden set was beautifully made with well padded cushions, very comfy!
Looks beautiful on the decking and I have received many compliments on
my choice.
I had seen similar sets at other outlets but at almost twice the price I paid,
plus it came with a ten year guarantee.

Have purchased table and chairs and a fixed pergola from them...
Delivered without fuss, on time and the product was great quality which was a concern as I had ordered both without seeing...
Not disappointed.

Although we haven't actually unpacked the furniture yet (because the garden is not yet finished) the service we have had when purchasing and when it was delivered has been excellent.

I love my outdoor lounge set so much fabulous quality and quick delivery so we are enjoying it now !!!!!
