Ive been using their hair treatment for 1.5 years now. Ordering new treatments regularly based on my hair samples.

I have seen improvements. But I still have balding and thin areas.

For the amount of money I invested, this isnt enough.

Regenix is recommending me to continue for another year. But I dont see any reasonable arguments as to why I would see improvements ahead that I havent seen after 1,5 years of usage.

Maybe people with less hairloss could benefit from their product. For me, I will learn to appreciate a shaved head 😄

I purchased the Regenex Magnetic Nasal Strips for my husband to help with snoring, but unfortunately, they did not stay on for even five minutes of sleep. We only opened one of the two packs to try it, and quickly realized the product simply doesn’t work for his sleep style. When I contacted the company to request a refund, they refused because the package had been opened, even though they asked me to take it out and send a photo. Their policy doesn’t allow any form of real-world testing if you want your money back, which is extremely frustrating and feels unfair. They offered a 20% discount on future purchases, but honestly, I wouldn’t buy from them again based on this experience. I just wanted a refund for something that clearly didn’t work, and I feel like I followed their instructions in good faith. If you’re thinking about trying this product, be aware that once you open it, even just to try, it’s yours, working or not.

An appalling business. The nasal strips were of shocking quality and not as described. They refuse a refund on the grounds of the item not being in the original courier packaging. Complete scam. How can I determine how poor this product is without opening the airmail envelope. Jokers 😂

AS i have read in other reviews they are correct, this company sucks! Save your money people. all this product is is candy!

This company is a RIP OFF. My my husbands bank account drafted 240.00. He NEVER received any product. He doesn’t remember ordering this either. Regardless of that by the time I heard about this they were charging him ANOTHER 240.00 for February! I contacted customer service and they are a joke! According to Healthregenix we can’t get a refund because it has been over 30 days for the January shipment (something never received)! To add insult to injury, he was charged another 240.00 and when I called about this second charge I was told the product is in transit and is for February. So basically my husband has been charged and taken from his banking 239.99 TWICE and has received NOTHING!!! Totaling 480.00
This is robbery via the internet. I will get to the bottom of this. I’m giving this review as a warning to anyone who sees this advertisement. It is a total rip off. Do not fall for it!

I would like to add that as of today 4/18 in that the shipment which was being processed never arrived to our home, so now I have to contact them once AGAIN!

ADDITION: as of 4/18/24 I STILL have gotten no refund, response or replacement. Buyer BEWARE!

I am a female 46 y/o customer of theirs since June 2020. Before this I was diagnosed with androgenetic alopecia from a dermatologist who completed a scalp biopsy. This system does work for me, but it takes a long time. No this is not a quick fix program. Yes it's expensive, but it's worth it to me. You get what you pay for. The more you purchase at once the price goes down. Yes it's a lifetime commitment. I'm on a maintenance program now. I did use Rogaine for years, but I wanted to switch over to a more natural solution when I became pregnant. I also eat healthy for the most part and take a few daily supplements, including one to help support healthy hair/skin/nail. If your looking for a quick fix this is not it.

This people are scam they sale you something for 70 $ and they charge you every moth 250 dollars acamers

Used for approximately 1 year. Spent over 3 thousand dollars. Hair is exactly as it was, if not worse than before. Ever wonder why it’s so hard to find reviews other than on their website, so did I. Still not sure why after being in business for over 25 years it’s hard to find reviews or YouTube testimonials. This company just plays on your emotional state of thinning hair to make a profit. Always an excuse if you used for just a little longer you will get results. Either you’re not washing, massaging or using their product correctly. Don’t buy this product or waste your money go to a qualified dermatologist for help.

They initially bring you in with a lower investment package of products. Just like many of these snake oils you start to see some blond peach fuzz and so you send in a hair sample and then next 90 days is $1,000. They tell you to make sure you're using your fingertips and massaging the scalp for it to work and you want to see it through and hope it works so you spend another $1,000 and they adjust the formula further and again and again. I can say after a year it shows minimal results and it's like real doctors say the only thing that will grow hair again is a transplant surgery unfortunately. you'll get the same results for much less from a product like Nioxin at the grocery store. This is s multi-billion dollar business preying on the hair loss people. Dont get reeled in.

I’ve been using the products for about 60 days. I noticed a difference immediately and now see previously visible scalp areas narrowing or covered. I thought maybe I was just not accurately self assessing, but now three different family members have said “your hair is thicker”! It’s only been a couple of months so I’m excited to see what a year will look like. My self confidence has shot through the roof. Hopefully this will continue. Expensive in phase two, $850 for three months but, to me, how much is self esteem worth?

I am very pleased with the results that I am already seeing new growth!! I am so excited about this product!!

I prepaid in full $3300 for 300 vials treatment (24 months), all inclusive such as shipments, I live in Italy but they told me to send me treatment where ever i want. My contact person was Will U., that promised to have care of me and my hair with Regenix products and treatment, but completely disappeared after 7 months. I tried to contact him several times but he vanished. After days an email by Celia B. ask me to get a discount on their hair products so i tried to contact her to what happened to Will, he was really kindly til his departed, but she asked me for money, we don't have your credit card number for shipments she said. I told her to have prepaid in full and she disappeared too. Then, passed few weeks, i wrote directly to Regenix contact center because my treatment were out of date but i get just silence. Calling from Italy is really expensive but i did without success. Right now i am going to contact some sales manager as last option after that call a lawyer will be the only way to get my money back. At the end of my story and after few months of treatment, I can say the most important things: this product doesn't work believe me, my hair got worse and i lost more than before.
This company and their employees are fraudulent and untrustworthy.
All good experience that you can see on trustpilot with 4/5 stars are fake give you for sure.
It's incredible like an hollywood star as mattew mccaunaghey is, has linked his name to this American Company into his book. He described as their products miraculously worked on him, regrowing hairs that he had even lost. At this point I think all the rest of what he wrote in his book is also a fake and if u have time to spend don't read it or u lost it. He does not deserve respect about it, and it sounds really bad because he seemed different.
But you know how it works in USA maybe i'm just unwittingly advertising them.

My daughter and I went to the offices next to Cedar Sinai Hospital in Westwood. This makes you feel like its a legit medical program. It’s not!! I asked to see some before and after photos. Guess what?! They don’t have any!! They say they have treated over 100,000 people. You would think they would have thousands of before/after success stories with photos. Nada! This is because it doesnt do a damn thing. I spent over $7,000 for both of us for a year of treatments and office visits. Neither of us showed any difference. Nothing!! All I have to show is an empty wallet. Stay away!

I'm a 65 year old white male, with thinning hair on top and back of my head for many years. The hairs on top were becoming more fine and washed out looking - thin and stringy. I've also had a problem in the last 7 years finding a shampoo that seems to work for my hair. Must have tried two dozen, non-phosphate, etc...my hair was always oily and did not feel like it did when I was young.

After hearing a celebrity endorsement, I researched it and decided to give it a try. The initial month plan was $199, which included shampoo, scalp cleanser, scalp protectant, and the treatment vials.

After one month of following the plan, I can say that my hair shafts are visibly thicker, and it's more manageable. More body and fullness. Although it's still the same amount of hair, just thicker. Also my hair has become darker, which is nice. Over the years it had become more washed out in color, but now looks more like my younger days. The gray I have at my temples is of course still gray.

Reginex does not claim to grow hair back, only to make the remaining hair stronger and thicker. I see that happening already.

After the one month plan, then you have to pay the higher price for a treatment vials that are formulated just for your hair/scalp, based on the examination of your hair follicles that you send in. I will give the first three month program a try, to see if there is continued improvement. I'll re-evaluate after that to see if I want to go for the full two year program.

But, I'm grateful that my hair already is less oily, and fuller and thicker in the shafts. And also a bit darker. I think Regenix so far has delivered on it's promises. I hope that it will continue to improve the quality of my remaining hair with the next stage of treatments.

My email communication with Regenix has been great - they are responsive and very helpful.

Seems like most of the reviews of this are fake. Only 5 star reviews written on the same day with most 'people' having only written 1 review. FAKE!

Regenix moisture balance shampoo is like a spa in a bottle! The smell is wonderful and my hair just doesn’t feel clean with any other shampoo product. The conditioner is super concentrated so a little goes a long way. I am hooked. The only problem I have now is that my hair is so Voluminous , I need a cut every 4 -5 weeks...not a bad problem to have!

I am so pleased with the natural treatments that helped halt my hair fall issues. I am so much more confident throughout my day now that this problem has turned around! This change has propelled other healthy choices and helped reduce my levels of stress in a very stressful time. As a teacher in rural Alaska I like that I can trust Regenix to be natural. I love these products and so does my husband!

I informed them I had seborrheic dermatitis in the beginning and trusted them to take care of my hair loss problem. Instead it got worse, and so did my seborrheic dermatitis. After a year of using this stuff and being assured time and again over the phone that everything I was feeling was normal, I finally got the ingredients list from them and found out that panthenol was in the mix. Allergic contact dermatitis is often triggered by panthenol. Why in the world they would put this ingredient in my formula is beyond me. I paid so much money for a treatment that only worsened my condition. My hair has grown thinner since starting, and my dermatitis flair ups have stopped since ending their treatments. I've tried to remain civil and handle this with a simple refund, but all I get are diversionary tactics. If it simply wasn't working, I wouldn't even be asking for a refund. But given the situation of the damage it's caused, I feel that a refund was the least they could do. I'm currently in talks with my lawyer, and he thinks I have a good case to ask for more than that. I'm also in talks with a good friend that happens to be a rather large social media influencer who will hopefully deliver them some much needed karma. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has dealt with this problem only to be ignored.
