Great for getting your business address and registration done in one place. Got everything sorted within 15 minutes was easy fast and straight forward. They went off and got the company registered and kept me updated.

I required registered addresses for the business and directors and initially researched various companies on the web offering the service for quite some time. Many seemed dubious with very mixed reviews but Registered Address had positive feedback overall and appeared well established.
You have to set up an account with them to access all the prices and build your shopping cart, but it was no hassle. There were also offers on their website which gave significant savings, and I was able to register a company completely FOC (because I'd bought the registered addresses), saving £120+!
If you need help, the service tickets are easy to use and responses are given promptly and clearly by their team. Furthermore, when I made a mistake with my initial purchases and missed out on the savings, the team were quick to close my account, issue a full refund, and enable me to repeat the process properly so that I got the deal I wanted (thanks Sufyan!).
Registering the company was then straightforward and it went through within 2 days with email updates throughout.
Their portal interface is easy to use and certainly for what I needed I would recommend / use again.

I worked with this company for 4 years and mainly used their service only as a registered address.

In the first year, I purchased 10 Business Letter Forwarding credits for £30.00, not very cheap, but still an acceptable amount.

In the last year, I needed one important letter for my company. However, instead of forwarding just that letter, I was told I had to purchase the full mail forwarding service, which costs over £100. Since I was already paying £138 for the address service, it did not seem reasonable to spend more than £100 just for mail forwarding. I explained this to them, but they were not flexible.

Later, I also received automated emails offering additional services for letters said to be from HMRC/Companies House.

Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations, and therefore I cannot recommend this company.

Billed £114 for a Dormant Company Accounts service I could not use, and the refund is still not received as of 16/09/2025.

The facts:
• My invoice dated 15/08/2024 shows Dormant Company Accounts at £95 + VAT (£114).
• If this had been free via a discount code, the invoice would show £0.00 or the item removed. Instead, it was fully billed.
• Only after I requested a refund did the company introduce a “code” explanation and send a link to their offers page, an explanation absent from my invoice and purchase confirmation.
• Other items were refunded without issue (£49 and £114), proving refunds can be processed when they choose.

Conduct:
• Calling their phone system, pressing option 2 (Accounts) and option 3 (General Enquiries) both reached the same person.
• On one call I was told: “If you don’t let me speak, there is no refund.”
• Despite terminating the relationship from their side (account deactivated without notice), they kept steering me to let them file accounts, a service unusable after termination.

Impact:
• Abrupt deactivation disrupted my business credit profile and removed access to invoices and documentation.
• The only invoice later provided contradicted their discount explanation.
• This has caused unnecessary stress and time spent chasing basic clarity.

I am escalating this to Trading Standards and my card provider. Directors should be aware of how refunds and cancellations are handled in practice before relying on this provider.

(Update - 26/09/2025)
A refund was visibly initiated on 16 September 2025 and later reverted on 24 September without explanation or closure.
I was told privately that a refund would be issued, but publicly informed that “no payment was made”, contradicting both the invoice and digital trail.
This inconsistency is now under formal review. Documentation has been retained. I will update again if resolved.

Update – 25 February 2026
The matter was resolved via full settlement processed by my banking provider following formal complaint submission (credited 13 October 2025).
A transaction existed and was formally disputed. Settlement was completed externally.
Documentation (invoice, transaction history, settlement confirmation) has been retained.
No further action required.

Hi admin, I encountered a minor issue, but my email hasn't received any response. I'm feeling uncertain and anxious in this situation. The financial loss isn't significant, but it has left me with a rather negative experience. Waiting indefinitely is really unpleasant. I wish they had an automated email to confirm they've received my report.
