When they went unresponsive got checked with another CA,he confirmed form 3 and 4 are not done due to which facing penalty...never work with them

I engaged RegisterKaro for company incorporation services, but the experience so far has been extremely disappointing.

The incorporation process has not progressed as expected, and there has been significant delay in completing even the initial stages.

Despite this, I continue to receive multiple calls promoting additional paid services, which is not appropriate when the primary service itself is still pending.

I have also faced multiple operational issues:

1. Phone calls are not being answered

2. The portal chat feature is not functioning correctly

3. Support tickets raised to resolve communication issues remain unresolved

4. There is no clear communication channel with the incorporation team

Because of these issues, the incorporation process is not moving forward, which is causing unnecessary delays in my business plans.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I may be compelled to escalate the issue further through consumer grievance channels and continue sharing my experience on public review platforms.

I hope RegisterKaro addresses this issue quickly and completes the incorporation process as committed.

Interestingly, only after posting a review on Trustpilot did they start responding.

Overall, the experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience with RegisterKaro. Once the upfront compliance payment was made, the support completely changed. The only calls I received were for upselling — including promises like “pay ₹60,000 more and get ₹25 lakh guaranteed government funding.” However, when I tried to contact them regarding my actual compliance work, they did not take calls or provide proper updates. Highly unprofessional and misleading. Would not recommend. When I called customer care and requested for refund they dropped my call and now they are not even responding to my calls

Very Poor Service and No Support – Avoid RegisterKaro

I registered my company, Veloraxpo Private Limited, through RegisterKaro and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.

My GST registration has been pending for a long time, and despite multiple follow-ups, call requests, and emails, no one from their team is taking proper responsibility or providing a clear update. The communication is very poor and the support team rarely responds in a helpful or timely manner.

Because of this delay, I have wasted a lot of valuable time and faced unnecessary mental stress. As a business owner, I expected professional service and proper guidance, but the experience has been the opposite.

I have upcoming international travel after 20 March and still my GST work is not completed. This level of delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a company that provides business registration services.

I strongly hope the management at RegisterKaro improves their support and takes responsibility for client work. Until then, I would advise others to be cautious before using their services.

This company is group of fraud people. Just looking to grab money from you and then no support at all. Fake Commitments and unprofessional behavior.

Worst customer service ever! With no proper follow ups once the payment is made.

I am writing to share a highly negative experience with RegisterKaro and to caution others against using their services. Based on my journey with them, they lack basic accountability and are completely untrustworthy.

Key Issues Encountered:

Aggressive & Misleading Sales: The sales team aggressively pushed for add-on services (compliance, Startup India, Seed Funding, Trademarks) and promised a dedicated, long-term partnership.

False Advertising: Their website's promises of "end-to-end service" and "personalized assistance" do not reflect reality.

Post-Sale Ghosting: The "senior" sales contacts disappeared once the payment was made, and there is zero alignment between the sales and delivery teams on project deliverables.

Zero Customer Support: Follow-ups are ignored. Representatives promise to call back, but instead switch off their phones and ignore all emails and messages.

Ignored Escalations: Multiple escalations to the founding team have been completely ignored.

Pending Refund: I requested a formal cancellation and refund on February 12, 2026, which they have failed to process or address.

Next Steps & Petition:
I have officially opened a Consumer Forum docket (Docket No. 8762615) regarding this matter. If you have faced similar issues with RegisterKaro and wish to join a joint petition, please contact me. I strongly urge potential clients to look elsewhere for their business registration needs.

They are totally scammers.

Very bad experience. They filed my company's ITR, they guided me properly to pay the taxes but turned out that the id they provided was for some other company. I paid some other's tax. Later they told it's by mistake, they'll put my bank details in that company's returns and I'll get my money back in a week, until then I'll have to pay my taxes or the time will be over. Then again I had to pay my tax. Even though I've paid the taxes twice, I didn't get me previous amount which was their mistake. Neither the second payment I made was reflected in my ITR. And I got a demand for tax. Then again I started calling them, but no one in their whole team was picking up the call. I tried raising tickets on their portal also, but no response, it's been 15 days I've got the demand now I'm stuck neither they are responding nor they are resolving. Finally, I'm going to see some other CA who can help.

Worst experience, I've ever had in my life.

When they had to get money from me, they kept calling one after the another, now they are not even replying the messages forget about picking up my calls.

We had some initial challenges with the sales team at the beginning of our engagement with RegisterKaro. However, things significantly improved once Manita got involved in handling our account.

Her professionalism, responsiveness, and clarity made a huge difference. She understood our requirements properly, addressed our concerns patiently, and ensured everything was handled smoothly.

The new web platform of register karo is basically a badly designed and poorly adopted platform.. it cannot be relied on and communication has to go through other channels. Looks like the platform needs to be redeveloped or fixed. Nightmare for non techy people. I'm from a tech background.

Really worst Legal-Compliance firm, its been every month they dont connect for the GST filling, Recently they have move to App Base from the Whatsapp Group and no one share App details how to share the File.
No Support from the SPOC, Grievance person dont answer not sure why they run the business if they cant support basic things.

Scammers, Fraud Alert. Please do not pay them and invite yourself into trouble. They will make your life and business painful to run. I am having the worst experience, They just ask you to pay sweetly for their services and then do not respond. Their helpline keep promising but do not deliver. I tried reaching their escalation channel but in vain. They dont have a system to process your work timely and will keep asking you to chase them endlessly.
Check the attachment. On online chat someone responded to me after 40 minutes and then say I did not respond.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE BY TEAM REGISTER KARO

I received a PT notice and tried every possible way to contact the Register Karo team — calls, follow-ups, everything. Unfortunately, nobody responded.

Finally, I had to personally visit the PT department and get the work done myself. Interestingly, the government department service was very good — they were very helpful in resolving the issue quickly. Same day problem solved

NEVER EVER TAKE SERVICE FROM REGISTER KARO / SAFE LEDGER

My experience with RegisterKaro has been extremely disappointing and highly concerning.

I paid ₹999 as an initial booking amount for company incorporation services. I was informed that the remaining balance of approximately ₹8745 would be payable once the application was properly processed and officially filed.

After sharing my personal documents in good faith, I expected transparency, professionalism, and clear communication. However:

No MCA SRN (Service Request Number) was provided.
No official confirmation of name approval was shared.
No documented proof of filing was shown.
No clear confirmation regarding DSC generation was provided.

Despite no visible progress or official acknowledgment, I was repeatedly asked to pay the remaining ₹8745.

When I began asking legitimate procedural questions and requested documented proof of work completed, the responses became unclear and inconsistent. Eventually, communication stopped entirely.

Demanding further payment without demonstrating official filings or documented progress reflects a serious lack of transparency and accountability.

Due to the continued non-response and absence of documentary evidence of work done, I am now initiating appropriate legal action and pursuing formal remedies with the relevant authorities. I also have concerns regarding the handling and safety of the personal documents that were submitted during this process.

I strongly advise anyone considering their services to:

Insist on written communication.
Demand official MCA acknowledgment numbers before making payments.
Avoid releasing balance payments without documented proof of filing.
Most importantly, choose a legitimate and professional service provider for any incorporation or compliance-related services.

I have changed my review as I have now got the attention to the case. I still had to pay and complete open loop, but to be honest this would not have been the case if I had pursued further. I dont have the time and the energy for the same. Anyways, I am thankful to Manisha from the Grievances team for making this happen. At least they have some people in the team who care about the issues of the customer. I just hope now post changing this review the experience should not go back to the previous version. My original review is still as follows "I have registered my company through registerkaro and have taken the compliance package for a year. A highly unprofessional way of working led me take my decision to close my company. I approached the Legal team for a resolution post explaining the case. They come up with a package of 20000 in which all the liabilities and legal fees will be borne by registerkaro hence forth till company winds off. Then post paying for weeks there is no communication, Post follow up I have been told that the case is on hold for 2 years and I will have to take a compliance package for 2 years now. I have been trying to find out resolutions by all means but there is no proper communication. Its feels a fraud dealing. Tickets get closed without action or communication. No one is bothered. Its a complete mismangement. "

This is the worst company with the worst staff, they are egoistic non professional people who will create trouble for you if you counter their wrong doing, I had to re-register my company with some other name because thesefools deliberately make trouble for you!. Not worth it to go for their services!

I took annual compliance support from registerkaro. Past 2 years using their service.. It seems that delay in service. Unable to reach on time for any query and compliance issue and multiple follow up did but no response from them. Multiple times called and messaged but no response. It difficult to manage with client. Looking best service from them. Please provide one dedicated person to support your clients. If required more money, please collect and provide proper guidance and support.
