Excellent efficient service

Recently purchased a number plate from RegPlates for a family members birthday. The whole experience was 11/10, honestly couldn’t recommend more.

1. The price for the plate was significantly less than other websites.

2. You are updated from start to finish without any prompt which is ideal as you know what exactly is going on without having to call, message, email anyone which is a breath of fresh air.

3. Delivery time was incredibly quick, I think I ordered the plate at around midnight on on the 13th November and had the papers delivered to my house on the 14th, they posted it first class 24 hours which was spot on.

4. They will register your car for the plate straight away if you send them the V5C documents from purchase so you can transfer the plates onto the car straight away, no need to wait! I didn’t do this as it’s a birthday present, however thought this was worth mentioning as if your impatient like me and you want everything straight away then look no further.

5. A big thank you to Sue who I dealt with, from reading other reviews prior to this one it seems like you guys have an amazing team.

So impressed by Liz and the team. She not only helped me find a perfect number plate for my car but suggested a matching plate with my husbands initials for his car. Fantastic service. The whole team is very efficient and incredibly helpful with every aspect of the procedure.

I saw my perfect private number on several other websites but Regplates was by far the cheapest. I purchased the number on Sunday and had my new reg plates delivered and fitted on the Tuesday. The transfer process was so quick and communication was great. Sue was very helpful, she completed the transfer process as soon as I uploaded a photo of my V5C and kept in regular contact to confirm completion of transfer….the only thing I had to do was contact my insurance company to advise them of my new number. An excellent service from start to finish, I would highly recommend.
