Very disappointing experience dealing…
Very disappointing experience dealing with Regus Doha.
The biggest issue is that the sales team makes verbal commitments during the renewal process, but once the agreement is signed, those conversations suddenly mean nothing and customers are left fighting with the account helpdesk over hidden clauses buried inside downloadable terms and house rules.
A fixed monthly renewal price was presented clearly during renewal, however later on additional interpretations and conditions were enforced which were never transparently highlighted upfront during the sales process.
Instead of trying to reach a fair commercial resolution, the approach felt extremely rigid and policy-driven.
Businesses should carefully review every single linked document and not rely solely on what is communicated during the sales process.

incredibly dissapointed after 5 years in 3 different countries
After more than 5 years working with them in 3 different countries, we have been very disappointed. We moved to another bigger offices due to work requirements. We asked them to add the remaining quantity of our contract (only 2,400 QAR) in a wallet for another of our leases and be able not lose the money. They did not show a willingness to talk to us about it and did not offer any real or sensible solution. I incorporated with the best of intentions the Regus services in the Chamber of Commerce, and we promoted Regus to all the new members and investors for free however, Regus was not able to help me with this minor situation. We stop promoting Regus any longer. (Besides we found very low class of professionalism, and it was always difficult to deal with the customer services regardless of the country)
