For Your Mental Health--Stay Away from Regus--Organized Crime-Gambino-Gotti-Capone-Luciano-John Dillinger-Kray Twins-Harlem Nicky Barnes/Frank Lucas/BMF/Hitler-Regus(alive not armed but dangerous)

I visited several review boards on Regus before posting. I truly became disheartened at the hundreds upon thousands of negative reviews. The patterns are all identical with this company. First, before I share any communication to the public regarding Regus I first want to apologize to my infant--my business. Had I read these reviews before I would not have placed something I care so deeply about in an environment of organized crime.

I noticed slight backlash directed at Michelle and Lorraine. I won't go that far because I came here on Monday and captured their e-mails. I sent them a note. Amy, a member of their team reached out so at this point I will say I've gotten 2 responses but no results as of yet.

Issues with Regus have been ongoing but took a unique turn January 14 2025.

Without going into detail because explanations do not matter with these people. I'm astonished they haven't been hit with major class action lawsuit as its overtly apparent my case is not an isolated incident but more so patterns of behavior. It's obvious and clear to us all that coercion, poor communication, laziness, intimidation, misrepresentation, pseudo contractual language, and overall lack luster service is apart of the employee handbook. The "contract" language gives remnants of a Cash Money 360 music deal. Just waiting for Birdman to pop out any minute.

Full transparency and vulnerability moment here where I'll share I just came out of a 5 month depression due in part to issues with my building. I've been in a really tough spot personally due to the mental anguish and financial strain Regus and its antics/policies has caused. A lot of my business requires me to call new/existing/potential clients or speak which all require a unique inner God given energy and ability that I've been blessed with. These people have stripped that from me and my business has suffered.

Essentially, a member of my team downsized their office but when asked if new office should be in their name or the company name it was somehow communicated the company and not theirs. This occurred Jan 14 2025. Remember that date.

As stated, I'm in a better place currently but we still aren't all the way in the clear. Basically, no money received yet. Not holding breath on any accountability. Rather than be all upset and emotional remember---I legit JUST came out of a depression when i received email from their legal counsel 5/15 and feel amazing and been enjoying feeling like myself again. In the same breadth--I was raised differently. I was leading marches in my hometown and would be your guest keynote speaker at your church at age 12. All that to say I developed the pedigree required at an early age for situations such as these.

Let's have some fun. Have to learn to laugh through it all when you reach a certain point on the depression journey.

Regus Not TOP 10

1) I received an e-mail Jan 14 that a new office was in my name. On Jan 14 within an hour or so of getting the email I replied I did not want office nor authorize the new office. They pretty much said "fcuk you pay me" *Jay-Z Reasonable Doubt album voice*

2) Sending e-mail Feb 25 to reduce 6 parking spots- they are $165 per I might add. We only needed 3. It wasn't until May 9 that they acknowledged e-mail and made change. But please believe we were charged and had to pay for March April and May. How Sway?

3) Not returning deposits after you vacate an office. They say 8-10 weeks.

4) E-mailing leader Smart Dickson double digit times---zero responses

5) Receiving this e-mail response about unauthorized office: "Technically, you're right that an office can be placed in your name without your knowledge" IKYFL

6) Being told "sales people will be sales people" from their operations manager pertaining to a sales tactic misrepresentation

7) Not including me on any of the emails with team member that was looking to get new office in company name. But e-mailing after complete then telling me I can't get out of it...malicious/conniving quite much?

8) Filing/posting eviction notice and leaving on my door 4/24 when payment was made 4/17.

**Quick Storytime**

I connected with Regus outside legal counsel. She requested some docs that I provided. Her response: no legal action from Regus--get with Billing dept

9) Not responding to email request to meet after Legal gave green light.

10) Taking a full week to meet to discuss billing. Payroll and other expenses due. Attorney sent that e-mail last Thursday 5/15 which aided in my relief.
My meeting about billing is at 3 PM where they want to hear "full details." You're saying, "now u want to listen"? Too late.

About the windshield now. READ the e-mails.

I have been emailing and stressing since 1/14.
My attorney is now involved demand letter otw. $N/A
