This company is borderline criminal. I will say that for the most part the community staff want to help, but are powerless and typically provide excuses. The locations are nice but the billing and lack of transparency should be and may be criminal. They charge you for services you do not enroll in, and unless you review your billing, this can happen without notice. They charge restoration fees, but you have to fight with them to do any restoration services in the new offices. BOTTOM LINE: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are many other office solutions. The best thing I did for my company was to move out of REGUS.
(Update) Since making this post, I've been bombarded with emails which offer no solution. If anything the emails have been counterdicting. The staff is trained to deflect and deny. In my years of membership I have never heard Regus accept accountability for anything.
Given the thousands of online reviews and comments on the BBB website whcih all pretty much claiming the same, perhaps the government should get involved.
Their response to this review is a perfect example of how they deflect and or deny. The recite policy etc. but they don't accept responsibility when things go wrong. To this point the have found every excuse and have recited their policies. None of which addresses the specific issues I had as a member.
(Additional Update) Aside from all of the acts above, Regus has failed to return my retainer payment within the 30-day window per the user agreement. We are now moving closer to 60 days, and despite my account showing the refund being processed, the money has not be returned.

I am sorry for your dissatisfaction.
The office restoration service fee is part of our office agreements and applied when an office is vacated or when moves take place within a centre, ensuring the workspace is returned to a professional, move-in-ready condition. In your case, restoration service was completed following office moves, and the related charges were applied in line with the agreement terms.
At Regus we work hard to ensure full transparency in our invoicing process.
Our invoices are made up of two different types of charges:
Recurring charges like your monthly office fee, parking, signage… These are billed in advance.
One-time charges like meeting rooms, photocopies, admin support… These are billed in arrears.
All your invoices are available in your online account (section under My Account > Billing and payments) and payable upon receipt but no later than the 15th day of each month.
Since the invoice was not paid by due date hence the late payment fee was charged which remains valid and payable. Your centre team has already addressed this matter with you. For further assistance, please contact them.
