Signing up for services with Regus is signing up for total irritation and loss of money
The customer service at Regus is horrible and the people are rude. I and trying to cancel my service with regus and the tell me I have to do it online. I follow the procedures they have outlined for me and I am unable to cancel my services with them. I call them and ask for help canceling and they tell me to do it on line and I tell them I am unable to cancel online. They tell me they cannot cancel it and I have to do it. Again I tell them I am unable to cancel on line. They gave me no options nor have they even tried to see what the problem is. Regus also states that I extended my contract with them when I never consented to extend my contract. I have asked for proof of my approval of extending my contract and they have yet to provide me with the proof. There are so many better options for virtual offices and you should not even consider regus. Please avoid the pain, time and treament I have been shown. HORRIBLE

Hi Jon, I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties you have experienced.
As you have stated in your review, we ask that our customers to submit their cancellation request via their online account (myregus.com).
However, if for whatever reason this isn't possible, we can accept an email notice to cancel.
As it's an automatic renewal, the agreement needs to be cancelled by you within the stated cancellation period to bring it to an end and we are very clear about this.
In your case, you were attempting to end an old agreement that had already been terminated.
Our team walked you through the cancellation process, and I'm pleased to hear you are satisfied with the resolution we provided.
