Avoid for partner visas: delays, mistakes, no accountability
I had to use this company for my partner's residence permit because my employer, as my sponsor, works with them. It was a frustrating, unprofessional experience from start to finish. We explicitly asked for my application and my partner's application to be submitted together in one joint file, so that both decisions would come in a single process. Without any coordination, they submitted mine first, and when this was raised, they put the blame on my employer instead of taking responsibility for their own mistake. When I asked them to cancel my individual application and open a joint file for both of us, they refused. Their reasoning was that cancelling is not recommended and that a separate submission is only acceptable if the decisions are more than 2 weeks apart. The gap ended up being more than 2 months. When I asked why they had given us that advice, I only got evasive, dismissive answers and no accountability. Every time I objected to anything as the person directly affected, their tone changed and I was told that I am not their client, the company is. We were also promised fast track, and I paid for it, but it was never carried out. They refused to speed anything up and refused to refund the fast track fee for a service they never delivered. On top of that, they charged around 400 euros more in service fees than we would have paid handling this ourselves, and in the middle of the process they admitted that they had sent the wrong documents, which caused even more delay. The only explanation we ever received for the delays was the same repeated excuse that the IND was busy. Doing it ourselves would have been cheaper, faster and more accurate. If you have a choice, stay away from this company. You will pay more, wait longer and get nothing but excuses.
