Reinforced Beds are a family run, online only retailer specialising in very strong beds and durable mattresses based in the UK. Our collection consists of heavy-duty frames constructed from the strongest materials. The range include wooden bed frames, metal bed frames, upholstered beds (including bedsteads, ottomans and divans) and bunk beds.
Our stock is suitable for both domestic and contract customers. We have supplied products to many different environments, such as large hotel chains, student accommodation refits and to the NHS direct to name a few.
Due to the build quality of our products, we have a wide selection suitable for people who are overweight and/or suffer from challenging behaviour. These products have been sourced and designed with the aim to be the solution for customers who require them most.
As well as an online retailer, we take great care in our products. As well as sourcing reliable and fantastic manufacturers to create our beds, we also manufacture select metal beds on site here in Norfolk! We also import some products directly to us, built to our own spec from overseas.

Delivered at 11am on a weekday. The delivery was smooth. They send an email the night before where you can specify your delivery point on What3words which I presume massively helps the delivery team.
Mainly, I want to talk about the bed itself. I am a man who likes to spend money wisely. The bed frame is 10/10 construction and manufacturing quality. No noise and it's absolutely solid. Easy to steam clean. The structural integrity and engineering of it is so reassuring I will be replacing all the beds in my house from the Reinforced Metal range. I expect it to easily outlive all my living relatives.
My biggest praise is that this masterpiece of engineering is sold at an affordable price. Huge kudos to Reinforced Beds. 10/10.

False advertised bed is unacceptable
False advertised bed is unacceptable. The bunk bed mattress advertised has tufted buttons and the one delivered and you told me is the mattress for the product code is cheap, nasty and packaging was damaged. Thank you for my refund, but I won't be recommending you to anyone else

Disgraceful company
We bought a Cromer bed frame less than 10 months ago and it’s fallen apart. Zero customer care from Katie who we dealt with. We sent photos of snapped metal on both sides of the frame where the headboard attaches. Every bolt had also rusted badly. As soon as they realised our son was severely autistic they queried how the bed had been used. We responded predominantly for sleep but mentioned that he occasionally rocked side to side to satisfy his sensory needs. As soon as they discovered this, they voided the guarantee. A true disgrace of a company. I’d urge any Autism families to steer well clear after the treatment we have received.

Following our investigation, the information you provided confirmed that the bed was being subjected to stimming/rocking as part of your son's sensory needs. Whilst we completely understand that this is an important behaviour, the Cromer Bed is not designed or marketed for repeated lateral loading or challenging behaviours, and unfortunately this falls outside the intended use of the product and the terms of its guarantee.
Reinforced Beds offers a wide range of products for different applications. We also have a dedicated section of our website specifically for customers requiring beds suitable for challenging behaviours, where products have been selected for those more demanding environments. The Cromer Bed is not one of the models within that range.
Our decision was based solely on the nature of the use described by yourself and the product's intended application, not on your son's diagnosis. We appreciate this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but we must apply our warranty terms consistently to all customers.

Great company
Great company. Excellent quality bed. Fab customer service. I had a hole that had not completely been drilled through during production (these things happen) but they told me how to pop it out and if it didn’t work then they would send a replacement part straight away but it worked. Can’t fault the company. Very sturdy strong triple sleeper.

Great Price for a nice and sturdy bed
Great Price for a nice and sturdy bed. Seems well made and was quick at assembling together however one small problem was the headframe was very bent at the bottom and had to be hammerd to get back into position in order to assemble it, not a huge problem but probably could do with more packaging to avoid this.
