Excellent caring and determined service that delivers good results.

Having contacted Relative Connections (Finder Monkey) in December 2020 I wasn't sure if this was the best way in spending my money. However having being told the process I thought apart from the money I had nothing to lose. Since the age of 18 I had always wanted to know who my biological father was, however with the wrong information initially and having no clue who it was I didn't hold much hope. My contact John (Arko) explained that he was confident that it could be done. After many twists and turns and almost 3 years on, John has managed to do what he intended to do and found my biological father. Though they don't wish to know one of the siblings does and we have started to get to know each other. I can honestly say that this has put a lot of issues I had to bed and can now move forward. I cannot thank John enough and would say if your thinking that you wish to find any relatives then you wouldn't go wrong in using Relative Connections

Rip off merchants, wanted to charge me well over £2000.I wanted to find my biological brother because I was adopted. I'd already traced my birth parents myself. but had never met my brother. They died and I lost all contact. I gave them information about my brother including a past address. They came back with an email entitled tracing birth parents, they obviously hadn't even read the information I gave them. I'd told them they were dead and I'd already met them. Doesn't say much for their research skills if they can't even read the initial email.

I contacted Relative Connections to ask them for assistance in tracing a long lost friend, given that my own efforts had not been successful. The researcher assigned to my case, Sue, was kind, extremely efficient and sympathetic when the end result gave me the sad news that my friend had died some years previously. The know-how employed was, to me, surprising and gave a fast resolution to my problem, which had many twists to the final story. I am very grateful for the efforts made on my behalf. Thank you!

I enquired about conducting my search around 4 years before I finally decided to go ahead , staff were available to answer all my questions in that period and did not pressure in any way , which gave me the confidence to take my time and not feel any pressure

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Relative Connections for their help with tracing a family member. When I first made contact, Tom was patient and listened carefully, which I appreciated. I subsequently stayed in touch with Sue and she was supportive throughout. Although she has so far received no response from the person I was searching for, she has confirmed my family member is alive and well. She has also written to them twice and reassured me by showing me the content of the letters (minus my relative's address) as well as proof of delivery. One thing I liked about the service is that a personal letter from me was able to be passed on to my relative alongside Sue's second letter despite the fact they received no response to the first letter -- other services I looked into did not offer this option. This was important because if my family member continues to not respond, I can rest easy knowing they know I wish them well, and it will have been their choice to not make contact. Thanks again, and I will recommend the service in the future.

I have had a very good experience with this company. The communication has been outstanding at all times and I have known throughout the process exactly what the situation is. Regular phone calls and emails - this is how all companies should operate.
Josh, my trace researcher has been supportive, kind, patient and determined to put me back in touch with long lost friends. He has been so positive and supportive that the whole experience has been good from start to finish.
I would highly recomend this company if you are searching for a lost relative or friend. They do their job but the way they do their job is the key.

I was delighted with the service from everybody, particularly Josh Gibson. They were all incredibly helpful, polite and told me straight up what they could do and what they mightn't be able to and what the rules were and the cost and so on.

Josh was particularly helpful and solved the case almost instantly! He took great delight in telling me exactly how it had all unfolded. The lady I was looking for also told me to pass on her admiration and said what an incredibly nice and sympathetic man Josh was so I thought it'd be good to pass that on.

I first contacted Relative Connections on 29/8/23 to find my half-sister, who I had never met. On 7/9/23, I received my first email from her, and we have since exchanged a few emails. I am really pleased with the service, as I had been looking for her since 2020, and had exhausted every other method I could think of to find her.

I have no hesitation in recommending Relative Connections to anyone seeking a long lost relative/friend.

They are helpful, caring and compassionate.

They traced the person I was looking for very quickly, and although it was a very sad outcome, the manner in which I was given the news could not have been more thoughtful and compassionate.

I would single out Sue Harrison for the follow up she did with me to ask how I was coping and she went above and beyond anything I expected from the company.
Definitely 5 star.

Relative Connections Ltd [ aka Finder Monkey ] is a welcome rebranding who clearly have access to Search Engines not publicly available.
The Trace Search was successful on the day of asking with proof of life et-al provided by a signed delivery note after many attempts.
However, I was advised that data protection prevents disclosure of the delivery address.
This makes the whole process seemingly 'worthless' not to mention the reflected stress, ensuing frustration and emotional issues.

I have been tracing old friends all over the world and had lots of success but when it came to finding some one in the UK I began to have problems just kept drawing a blank.
So contacted Relitiveconnections well within a few days they found the person I could not.
It's a exhalant service not cheap but not to expensive and you can pay in instalments or so I believe.
