As a systems engineer, I’m quite picky with infrastructure. I've been using ReliableSite for a while now and the experience has been flawless. The network speed and latency are simply outstanding—crucial for the high-performance projects I manage. What I value most is the reliability; I have experienced zero downtime since I started using their services. Additionally, their support team is quick and professional, resolving inquiries in record time. Highly recommended for anyone needing a robust and stable environment.
They are actually good and don't allow fake reports from random people they always verify the legitimacy and work dedicatedly

They were already notified from legal authority along with spamhaus SBL blacklisted those IP ranges for Nigerian fraud scam, but they still serve the phishing under them and abuse department almost sleeping and dont take any action. They even dont have any abuse department, and acting like they allow those phishing and fraud under their abusive network.

I am extremely disappointed with ReliableSite.
I signed up for a dedicated server during a promotion where the monthly price was clearly presented as fixed. This was a key factor in my decision, as long-term pricing stability is critical when running production environments.
However, just a few months after provisioning the server — which was already deployed and in full operation — the company suddenly imposed a price increase of nearly 50%, justifying it with “market changes” and hardware cost adjustments.
This justification simply does not hold up. The server was already provisioned, the hardware was already allocated, and the operational cost structure does not justify such an abrupt and aggressive increase for existing customers.
What this shows is a clear disregard for previously agreed terms and a lack of respect for customer trust. It feels like promotional customers are being pushed out so the same infrastructure can be resold at higher prices.
In the hosting industry, pricing consistency and contractual reliability are fundamental. Changing the terms after onboarding is not just bad practice — it’s a serious breach of trust.
If you are considering ReliableSite, be aware: the price you agree to today may not be honored tomorrow.
I cannot recommend this provider for any serious or long-term project.
After many years with this provider they raise the price of our server with out much notice. They claim they have made improvements. Same old crappy outsourced support and hardware failures causing hours of downtime. The server we bought was on a lifetime promo. Guess they lie about that. Beware of this. Your better off finding another company that cares about their customers.
Shady and unreliable(site) practises from especially support. They gaslight you and are very unhelpful. This results in problems being prolonged for a very long time. Causing up to 24 hours of downtime in case of hardware failures, Now they increased their base pricing on a very short notice, m
We've been using ReliableSite for our dedicated infrastructure at OceanHost, and the overall experience has been very solid.
The biggest improvement for us has been performance consistency under load. We run latency-sensitive workloads, and the difference in CPU stability and network reliability compared to previous providers has been noticeable. We've seen fewer lag-related issues and a reduction in support tickets tied to performance.
Provisioning has also been fast and predictable, which makes a big difference operationally. We're able to bring new nodes online quickly when demand increases, without the delays we previously dealt with.
One standout experience with their support team involved a network routing issue on a newly deployed node. Their team responded quickly, diagnosed the upstream routing problem, and resolved it efficiently while keeping us updated throughout. That level of technical understanding is something we value.
From a business perspective, our New York deployment has grown significantly since moving to ReliableSite, largely due to the improved stability and user experience. Based on that success, we're now preparing to expand into Amsterdam using their infrastructure as well.
Overall, ReliableSite has provided a dependable platform that allows us to focus more on growth and less on infrastructure issues.
Server works perfect. Only issue is that every single time, when you purchase a server it states that it will be setup in 30 minutes and if it is not you need to reply to an e-mail, but it is not rare at all and every single time you need to reply to an e-mail for them to setup the server. This practice is very unreliable for a website called reliablesite. If you try to tell them that its not setup yet, they tell you to wait 30 minutes then contact them, then they say they will setup manually. The server is never setup automatically, past 7 times in a row this has happened.
I've been a customer on and off with them for about 10 years now, and the experience 10 years ago and this year have been the same, stable, reliable, and a great value. I've only had one short outage recently due to a network upgrade, but it was well communicated in advance, and was only a few minutes long. They are a great value, especially when they run deals, or discounted servers come back in stock. You get amazing specs for the same price or lower then most companies are charging for virtual machines. Overall I highly recommend them.
I’ve been using ReliableSite for my public Minecraft server for a few months now and I’m very happy with the experience. The server performance is solid, uptime has been excellent, and whenever I’ve needed help, the support team responded quickly. The pricing is also very competitive for what you get. Highly recommend it for anyone running a game server.
Good quality, good support response time overall is a decent quality provider
Amazing service, very rarely do I have any issues and their support is quick to answer. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone in need of a box!
Latency and network on ReliableSite is excellent, which is useful for my uses. The reliability is not however, I've had more downtime in 2 months than I've had with 2 years of Hetzner. Customer support is great and responsive but sometimes instruct me to do something that was previously stated as impossible. Besides that, it's a decent service.
First day i pay for the Quick deploy Dedicated server
Verify my ID with stripe.
Server gets setup over 4 hours for them to shut it down and suspend it for "Pending Verification"
Wow crazy. Support is taking forever to respond. I have 100 people waiting on this server that were mid use.
And they just shut it down
What is that generic copy pasted response?
It wasn’t for that. You guys asked for a picture of my bank statement so if it was I’d related how would my statement have anything to do with stripe? FISHYYYYY

I have been a ReliableSite customer for a long time, operating production services where network stability is critical. This review is not about occasional performance issues, but about how long-standing problems, service changes, and disputes were ultimately handled.
The server involved had a history of recurring network and stability issues in the New York data center, documented through multiple support tickets over time. Because those issues were never permanently resolved, ReliableSite proposed migrating the server from NY to Miami as a corrective measure. I agreed to this migration only after being clearly told that pricing and service conditions would remain equivalent.
The migration process took several days, during which the service was partially unavailable. To avoid suspension or data loss while the migration was ongoing, I was effectively forced to pay the renewal invoice, even though the service was not fully restored at that point.
Once the migration was completed and payment had already been made, the service delivered was not the same as before. The server, which had previously operated with effective 10 Gbps network capability, was now limited to 1 Gbps, despite the hardware supporting higher speeds. This reduction was never disclosed beforehand.
When I raised this discrepancy, ReliableSite retroactively stated that the original 10 Gbps capability had been a “provisioning error.” This was surprising, given that the service had operated that way for a long period, had been relied upon in production, and was supported by historical evidence. Restoring the original conditions was then made contingent on purchasing a new product tier.
From that point forward, the situation deteriorated further. The Terms of Service were applied unilaterally and retroactively, the support ticket was closed without my consent, and I was explicitly told that I would not be allowed to open further tickets regarding the issue.
Regardless of internal billing explanations, the reality from a customer perspective is that I paid for a service, that service was altered after payment, and I was denied a meaningful opportunity to resolve the problem. Labeling a long-standing service configuration as an “error” after the fact does not change the operational impact on the client.
This experience has raised serious concerns about transparency, accountability, and how disputes are handled, especially for long-term customers. Anyone considering ReliableSite should be aware of the risk of service conditions changing after payment, with support being withdrawn rather than the issue being addressed.

Was a costumer for them since 2021. Had a server with a discount code from 2023 with 10G unmetered due to their promotion (Ryzen servers had 10G for $0. Download speeds are unlimited, Upload were limited to whatever bw you selected on checkout).
They decided that that was no longer the case when they "offered" to move the server from their New York Metro (NY1) DC to Miami due to a shit ton of issues with the networking (Not only to South America but also to other parts of US). Like i would see Heartbeat timeouts in Discord WS/Tebex timeouts and so on so it's not a "SA" issue.
They wanted me to cancel the server, losing the discount i had (and the 10G for $0 that they advertised) and now they're saying that they won't renew the services. Not a issue i already moved most of the important stuff to other hosts due to the shit tier support i got.
Sad how things went from being one of the best hosts to the worst one ever. Permanent downhill since they introduced the "Metal+" nonsense.
Wouldn't recommend trusting them at all, the servers might be cheaper than others but they cannot be trusted.
They sell you a server with a NIC for $0 and then tell you "it was a mistake" and remove it, ask you for more money and so on. Incredible.
Following the response "Terminated due to ToS" if ToS is enforcing the thing you sold in 2023 (10 Gigabit unmetered for $0 sure!)
Really gives a good look when you're held accountable for the service you sold under a promotion and the response is "we're closing your account for ToS"
I can keep going on how this host failed and now tries to frame it as "it's a ToS violation" surely, you can lie all you want the fact is that i had 10G since the day i purchased the server, the promotion was there and then you denied it, wanted me to cancel my old server with the discount pay MORE for the same server and also pay for Metal+ just to have what i bought back in 2023.
"and has had continuously purchased servers leading up to weeks prior. " Also lies, last purchase was more than two months ago and i had to move costumers out of your hosting due to the unsolved network issues. 4 tickets 4 deflections 0 fixes even went as far as to get another big network operator to send screnshots of the dashboards they have and attached their stuff proving that the issue was the server.
At the end of the day this isn't about what i paid or what i didn't pay. it’s about retroactively changing purchased services and using ToS enforcement (catch all clause that allows them to stop the renewal of your services) to pressure customers into paying more or they'll terminate your account as you can clearly see in the response they gave.
Not a single time they address or even try to address that they removed a "core feature" of the server, the 10G unmetered for $0/mo.
They also went out of their way to make sure that all other servers that had 10G networking were downgraded to 1G prior to the cancellation and again didn't provide a single "you can do x to have 10G" they wanted me to cancel the service. Get Metal+ and then i could have 10G. The severs were provisioned with 10G and then removed when they wanted.
Also now that i see that you're trying to hide behind some ToS thing. Let's read your ToS shall we?
"If we make changes that we believe will have a material impact on your use of the Services, we will let you know by sending you an email if we have a current email address for you"
Never was i notified that the 10G networking was going to expire or that it was part of some unknown single sided agreement that you held until it was removed. I had servers for YEARS with 10G networking and NOT A SINGLE TIME was it mentioned. Then you come in like "it's a mistake" "it's a error" "we cannot provide it for free for ever".
If you’re going to enforce ToS, you also need to follow the notification requirements you have in YOUR OWN TOS.
0/10 would recommend

I’m honestly very happy with ReliableSite. The service is 10/10 for the price, and that’s the main reason I’m still here. In my case I’m a hosting reseller, using the Hosting Reseller package, and the pricing is really good for what they actually offer. Performance, stability and value are all on point.
The only thing I’d mention as constructive feedback is related to refund and dispute policies. I understand they need to protect themselves as a company, totally fair. But maybe in some cases they could be a bit less strict.
I had a PayPal issue that wasn’t really related to ReliableSite. During a PayPal support call, a bot refunded a small $8 license charge by mistake. The dispute was cancelled immediately and I sent all the proof, but since a PayPal dispute was detected, my whole account was suspended for around a week until the payment showed up again. I was also asked to resend the payment by bank transfer plus a $30 administrative fee.
It would be nice if, in situations like this, bank payment proofs or transfer confirmations could be accepted (like many other providers do), especially when it’s clearly an error and not an actual refund abuse.
Apart from that, everything has been great. I’m really satisfied with the service and I’d still recommend ReliableSite without hesitation, especially if you’re a reseller looking for solid services at a fair price.
I purchase a dedicated a Ryzen a about month ago with one time migration service. (to migrate an old server in same company). Since the begging all sorts of problems.
1. The server was not Windows 2020 or 2022 and SQL Server 2022, had to reinstall Windows and SQL.
2. After a few days I server was down, IT referred they changed power supply.
3. Had to deal with tech support for one week, just to discover data was partially transferred and I had to check everting and copy databases myself. IIS was not transferred, so I had to configure all IIS configuration from scratch. So another week to discover the IP addresses were assigned from different series.
4. Finally I couldn't complete migration due server still has hardware problems, *invoice from old server came* so I swallowed paying double, I wasted days to check security due server stopped again for no reason, IT said they found 2 weeks ago that your software tools weren't working on the server, but hardware was okay, and they didn't find logs related to OS, but didn't fix the issue of why server does not respond to your monitoring software, so each time server was down, it had to be via support ticket, waiting hours (between 3 to 6 hours) to reboot, reboot requests were because a server turned off entirely (no ping, RDP, no website, no response of anything) not a request because I needed, because seem to be OFF.
5 I requested a hardware check yesterday after I spent days figuring out my website was not exposed to attacks, checking logs, etc. Antivirus checks.
I was told by support that they did have a connection remote and check on my end, I replied no and provided screens of all, ping, remote access, browser.
A hardware check was requested by me and scheduled for last night at 10:00 PM 11/30/2025 due nobody rebooted the server from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, I sent a not to support to continue with the schedule of 10:00 PM hardware check since they didn't reboot the server in 9 hours. Today is 24 hours down.
Note that clearly indicated they had RDP connection, I had none - guess what ?
They couldn't perform the night test because the administrator, and asked if changed it, of course NO (that was today 1/12-2025).
6. I sent my server credentials again, and tell them they need to check my account since the admin password in panel was wrong instead of the password I gave when server was configured.
7. I have 24 hours down and none seem to care. I have almost 10 years with them, never had this terrible service (of course I didn't need anything in the past two years)
8. I asked support to reboot the server before the hardware test so I could backup my Database with recent changes. Now their response is is nothing, no reboot, no hardware test. What heck is going in the company ?
9. Finally now 5:00 PM (after 24 hors offline), I got a response from support saying they "reassigned IP's, but no response rewarding the test or checking hardware. IMPORTANT they claim they didn't have my password (how come since they say get remote access test), anyway I provided and stated that your control panel says a wrong password, which may be the problem why thee can't monitor if server is down (as they claim). In any case they should fix it.
10. Like I said, I had 10 years with them, back then the support was excellent, in recent years, patching windows updates where the only to consider, rarely a reboot required, old server still working well, but since I decided to migrate to a new, I discovered the support I knew does not exist anymore.
I went with ReliableSite for hosting a dedicated server based on a recommendation from a friend.
Hosting is usually a nightmare. Ngl, I was skeptical with the name "ReliableSite" (sounds too good to be true), but it's been absolutely amazing so far.
1. I got my machine in probably less than 5 minutes. Some hosting providers will say stuff like "machine in less than 10 minutes!", and then you're sitting there 2 days later with a bill and no machine.
2. Support has been great. My dumb*ss accidentally setup a firewall at 2am and forgot to allow list port 22 for SSH. I reached out to support and a real, human sysadmin (shoutout Stebin) responded within 20 minutes and helped fix the issue.
3. Pricing. Paying $85/month and hosting a Minecraft server with around 80 players pretty smoothly. I'm satisfied.
I'm definitely sticking around with this provider. The server works, it's fast, support is there - I'm happy.
I’ve been using a Dedicated Ryzen 9 5950X server from ReliableSite.net for the past two months and I’ve had zero issues so far. They advertise “instant deploy” with a 10-minute setup time, and they weren’t lying – my server was online almost instantly. This was a huge difference compared to other providers I’ve used where provisioning can take anywhere from 24–72 hours.
In terms of performance and stability, I’ve been really happy. Over these two months my current uptime for 2025 sits at 99.9632%, which is exactly what I was hoping for from a dedicated machine.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with ReliableSite.net and would recommend them to anyone looking for fast provisioning and solid uptime on dedicated hardware.
