I cant talk to credit deparment they do not take calls?
I have a $12,600 monthly limit, So on 6/14/22 I ask for a credit increase due to fuel cost going up of $3,400 a month so we wouldn't max out the card. Today i get a call from and employee that his card was declined. so i call the company to see if the increase they tell me the increase was declined not to worry they just auto withdrew from our account yesterday for $6,500 and it should finish processioning by the 18 or 20th. I asked to speak with the credit department and was told sorry our credit department does not take and calls.

Jessica did a fantastic job!! She started by covering how the process works, what information she would need for the underwriting team, and assisting me the entire way. We were able to get a fast approval and she followed up for electronic signatures so we could move to funding. She was also able to get an accommodation regarding an incorrectly quoted fee, which I thought was extremely professional on her part!
