DO NOT use this company! They are very deceptive. Sure they will approve you, but if you run into a life matter they do not care. I was told to advise of financial difficulty by Carol M. and I did. She never responded. Also, I should not have to provide a bank statement if the same issue existed for a period of several days. As a result I was charged a $2500 fee by Judith D. Will pay off and warn others to stay away.

I had a very disappointing experience with Reliant Funding that felt like a classic bait-and-switch.

I was contacted by their team about potential business financing, and I explained very clearly that my goal was to consolidate several existing merchant cash advances into a single facility so I could pay them off early and simplify my payment structure.

For context, my company generates a little over $3M in annual revenue, and we’ve been servicing our current obligations without issue. The goal of the conversation was restructuring financing to reduce the overall cost of capital.

I was told they were a direct lender with competitive rates and in-house underwriting, and that my situation would be presented to their underwriting team.

After providing documentation and spending time going through the process, the “offer” that came back was:

• $10,000 advance
• $14,990 payback
• $499 daily payments for 30 days
• Net deposit around $8,500 after fees

That’s roughly 75% cost of capital for a one-month advance, which is exactly the type of expensive short-term MCA structure I specifically said I was trying to move away from.

This isn’t about being approved or declined — underwriting decisions are understandable. The issue is that the entire conversation was framed around helping restructure financing, when in reality the only product offered was another extremely expensive short-term advance.

Many entrepreneurs reach out to companies like this hoping to stabilize their finances or simplify existing obligations. In my case, the process ultimately felt misleading and like a waste of time.

If Reliant Funding simply stated up front that they only offer short-term merchant cash advances, it would save everyone involved a lot of time and frustration.

Continuous texts for statements and funding then when submitted they ghost you. I meet all criteria for a loan and I submit all information and they don’t reap except for a diff rep asking for all the same information.

AJ Starc continues to solicit even when instructed to stop. They have no business acumen or conduct. The opposite of a professional institution.

Unprofessional & Illegal Telemarketing Practices

We are on the National Do Not Call Registry and yet have been receiving repeated spam calls from this company — sometimes every 3 minutes. I politely asked the caller to remove us from their list, and the telemarketer immediately hung up. I left a voicemail expressing my dissatisfaction, and the same telemarketer actually called back to tell me to “F*** off.”

This is not only rude and unprofessional but a clear violation of federal telemarketing laws. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they conduct business.

Do not apply for this company. THEY ARE STEAling ur info doesnt matter how good ur credit score or good income u have they will not give u anything. First they call u and and say u gonna be approved soon, dont worry just send this this this. all information about everything. and decline u. im going to file a complaint.

FRAUD: BUYER BEWARE: Our Business is more than qualified for funding, and our CEO has perfect credit (810 score across all 3 agencies). These people are stealing business data and NOT contacting businesses after financial data is submitted. We had to contact them to follow up, only to have Sasha Brow,n who has zero communication skills, respond after we sent them an email threatening legal action. Very shady operation and people. We believe these people are committing business identity theft, aggravated identity and fraud.

Fast and simple which is always a plus in busy lives. They did an amazing job and did exactly as they said they would. Look forward to working with Tom Cooper again in the future. Many thanks to y'all.

I know when you are in a pinch it’s hard to get money. But wow this place has the absolute worst offers. In the world of MCA they are the bottom of the barrel. Do not waste your time with them.

The worst predatory company I’ve ever had the displeasure to apply with. I only wish I had looked at reviews first.

This company is not even fully active. Do Not Trust!

On the Website everthing looks easy - but after you got in contact with a "expert" - everything gots not so easy as they told you.
Even the answer is not clear and let more question open

Been trying to contact 2 different representatives for weeks with no answer.
Tried calling and requesting assistance online and still no answer.

Working with Tyler foreman as a new business was outstanding he was a big help in leading me in the right direction I would recommend him to anybody I appreciate all he did to get me started thank you
