I used their moving service yesterday, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. The movers worked extremely slowly. I was ready to start carrying things myself because the job was taking so long. They left some items behind, which made me concerned that they had been lost. What should have been a 3–4 hour job took approximately 5.5 hours, which I found completely unreasonable.
I was also paying for their breaks and phone-call times. Whenever one of them stopped, the other stopped as well, even though there were still plenty of light items that could have been carried.
Overall, I feel the service was very poor value for money, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Total scam give you one price charge you another price

Our experience with Relocation Homes has been nothing short of appalling. From start to finish, the entire process felt chaotic and unprofessional.

Special mention must be made of Cigdem, the junior negotiator who handled our tenancy. Her lack of experience was glaring throughout to the point of being genuinely embarrassing. Communication was poor, key information was missed or mishandled and there was a clear lack of basic knowledge expected from anyone in this role.

We rented a property through Relocation Homes that was dirty, poorly maintained and far below any reasonable standard. Despite raising concerns, the response was slow and dismissive and we were left to deal with issues that should have been addressed long before anyone moved in.

For an estate agency, the level of negligence and disorganisation we encountered is unacceptable.

Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution or look elsewhere.
