Such a fantastic experience! I had some additional questions about a particular bag, and Vanessa went out of her way to help! One of my two bags arrived today, and it exceeded my expectations! The bag was in perfect condition! My only feedback is that the email sent out stated a signature would be required upon delivery but the box was left on my front steps and no one signed for it.

Vanessa was very pleasant and thorough when describing the bag. The quality of the bag was very good. It was well packaged and I did receive the bag in a decent amount of time. I’m very happy with my purchase. I have already purchased leather shoulder strap for my daughter’s LV Speedy. I will continue to purchase from ReLuxed. I am a collector of high-end designer bags, and this is the first time that I have purchased pre-loved.
