Unauthorised payment was taken from my account after my payment plan was ended. Just to respond to the reply. I did not call Gerad a thief so please do not lie. I told him that an unauthorised payment was taken and that it shouldn’t have been. He said that can’t be possible after which I emailed him screenshots of the transaction. It was not Gerad’s fault but the way he dealt with it was unprofessional almost calling me a liar saying that it is not possible. And you have not refunded me anything yet as no payment has been received, and nor have you refunded any additional amount as Gerad sent an email confirming the amount refunded

Very polite and did not take long at all came to my work place to remap my car. but can not say anything about the difference at this time as only been done today

Had michael come to the house, before starting any of the work he asked me if i had any questions. Talked me through the whole process and showed what he was doing. Told me to go and drive the car for a bit and waited at the house for me to come back. Fantastic services, will definitely recommend and use these guys in the future.

Super friendly service while being professional with great information that I never new about my own car. My car was remapped at a discounted price adding to the value of the service, felt like a steal to be honest but it just adds to their style.I have a MkV R32 and they already sound good stock but the remapping of it made it sound more vicious if that’s the word to use not to mention the extra torque/horsepower made it feel like a different beast. It was everything I expected and more. Thank you Daryl from Remapkings ! Would absolutely recommend.

Michael was very efficient and kept me in the loop. Great results from re map, I’ve had it on every car over the years so thought I’d get my mums car done to help fuel economy. Recommend these guys and Michael 👍🏼

Pretty poor service all round. Had a remap on my car, it wasn't right for the car, requested for it to be removed after a few days. Over revving when changing gears, jerking motion at low speeds. Took over a week for the remap to be removed and they haven't honoured their 14 day money back guarantee. I was told on 2 seperate occasions I would get a full refund as it was within the 14 day money back guarantee. The man from remap kings who removed my remap even stated it wasn't right and the car wasn't agreeing with the remap and offered to redo it or remove it and if removed I would receive a full refund as it wasn't my fault. I was shocked I only received a partial refund. Overall the service has been bad and there money back guarantee is a reel you in punch line. I wouldn't recommend this company at all

The technician Michael, friendly, professional, amiable what more can I say. Oh yeah, the remap is absolutely brilliant. The car in higher gears fantastic. Diesel is the way!

Remaps made easy , the whole process was just so simple , Michael was quick and efficient , well happy with the results

DO NOT USE!!! ALWAYS DO A REMAP WITH A DYNO. These people cheated me, supposedly remapped my Golf on my driveway. Gains were expected to be 175bhp from stock 150 & another gain to 300nm from 250nm torque.

After remap was completed, car felt a little quicker. Two months later I took the car to a rolling road & the results came back it was STOCK. A MINIMAL INCREASE TO 265NM TORQUE FROM 250 & BHP WAS 149. They increased the torque by 15nm but DID NOTHING ELSE AT ALL.

Do NOT get the mobile remap. They have no way to ensure the remap is successful in the spec gains. Always, ALWAYS use a garage with a rolling road/dyno because they CANNOT LIE.

I will be in contact to receive the refund but since it's already been a couple months, I don't know how it'll go. Will update here when received.

Attempted to call and have sent an email to their email account on Monday November 11th. It has been a week and I have yet to receive ANY KIND OF RESPONSE. I included all relevant information and have yet to hear back.

A very helpful, knowledgeable engineer Steve arrived on time and carried out a very professional job in just over an hour. He identified a problem (not connected with the Remap setting) and advised a course of action I needed to take. Very impressed with excellent service.

Liam did a great job and explained the process at every step. Travelled to North Wales the day after the remap and the difference in perfomance was very obvious plus no obvious effect on reliabilty or MPG.

Great service, no issues at all. My technician was Michael who was a top man, explained everything he was doing and after work was completed car had a little more power and was getting better MPG so seemed like a win, win to me. Would recommend and would use again in the future :)
