We ordered the 500 ortho mattress and must say that it was one of the best decisions we have made. After one company letting us down we were looking for a mattress that’s firm yet soft at the same time for my back pain. From the very first day, my back pain was gone and we are very happy happy with what we got. Contactless delivery and the customer service were spot on. Thank you REM-Fit.

This company seems ok. But the mattress is not great. REM-Fit® 500 Ortho Hybrid Mattress is a mattress that is too hard. Also there was some delivery issues when the mattress was bought. As I read on their website that you really have to try and wait for your body to adjust, I followed the instructions. In the end my body did not adjust and I started to get more aches than usual. I asked for an exchange for a softer one but I have been told that if they exchange it they would not offer the 100 day trial for the new mattress, which I believe it's a bit silly and let me tell you why: in order to do an exchange they were saying the return must be completed and then they would ship a different one. Which to me seems like it is treated as 2 different transactions but as bonus they take away the 100 night trial and let you without a mattress while you wait for the new one. Better just order from a different company and try something different right? I believe this is not a good way of keeping customers.
On the other hand people working for customer service were good. I have been in touch only with very nice calm and polite people.

Very please with the pillow at 1st but the battery has lost it’s charging life and now after some time I have to change it every day to use it. I expected more from a £200 pillow .

Ordered the Ortho 500 hybrid as I have been suffering with back and neck ache and was advised by Remfit that this would be the better option!
It is the most horrendous mattress I have ever slept on (it is so firm it has even made my ribs hurt) and after a while of trying to persevere with it, I had no option but to sleep on the sofa.
We got back in touch with Remfit to ask them to switch to the 400 (as it is on a 100 day trial) only to be told that I have to wait 30 days before I can return the mattress AND I would have to wait until they received it before they would send out the 400!!! - Absolutely appalling! - We even explained that I am now sleeping on the settee but this obviously doesn't matter to this company!
I have had to now pay for another mattress (from somewhere else) and have the inconvenience of having to find somewhere to put this mattress until the 30 days are up!!!!
Please be sure that this is the right mattress for you before putting in an order!

I received my Rem-Fit 500 hybrid just 3 days ago, it may take a while to adjust but so far & I know it's early days but I do love the mattress, I can't get away with the 500 pillows though, I'm trying to get them exchanged for the 400.
I did have a few problems ordering though, my father bought me it for a present so although he bought on the 0% interest option trying to get it sent to a different address was a bit of a headache, saying that though, that was more does to the finance company rather than Rem-Fit. Rem-Fit did go out of there way to get it sorted out. A+++ mattress

Hi we got ortho 500,,,this mattress are perfectly firmly,,special for people on overweight 👍👍never sleep better than now,,,just simple if you looking into new mattress and you are over 90kg ortho 500 it's best choose,,,👍top quality for middle price 👌

So disappointed. Free trial, I didn’t get on with 400 found it too firm but was happy to send back and try 500 as it’s supposed to be softer. That wasn’t an option?? Not helpful at all. Recommended a friend and was promised £50 off goods but didn’t get it? They made a huge mistake with my friend so offered a reduction for their mistake so I don’t get my £50?? Again appalling. Wanted to love my mattress and be happy but left very let down. Now ordered from Dreams.

I have bought the REMFIT 500 ortho mattress 100 days ago (roughly). REMFIT provided me with the mattress that i have ordered and delivered it inside my flat on time.The mattress is firm and provides unparallel support to the body. I will not go as far as to say that my back pain disappeared but it certainly helps. It is a bit expensive but it is worth it. A bit of time is required to get used of the pillows... In the event that you are not happy with the mattress British heart Foundation will pick it up... note that there are restrictions and make sure to read the guild lines available on line...

I purchased the Rem Fit 500 hybrid mattress and all I can say is wow. This is the best mattress I have ever slept on. All those back aches and pains are a thing of the past. Extremely comfortable. Customer service from Rem Fit is second to none. The best I’ve ever had. I would definitely buy from and recommend this company. 100 day no quibble guarantee is offered as they are confident in their products. They should be the mattress is amazing.

Appauling service. Had the audacity to send us a prototype mattress and think we wouldn't notice. Eventually sent a replacement official mattress. We are still stuck with the prototype in our garage as they have promised for 4 weeks that a charity will pick it up. Local charity came to collect and refused to collect as it didn't have a fire resistant label on it (obviously it wouldn't as it was a prototype) Shocking. Not responding to emails either. Im pretty sure the American based company wouldn't be happy that a UK based company trading as REMFIT is despatching prototype non REMFIT matresses hoping the customer wouldn't notice. I await a much overdue response!!!!!
