Yes, it’s a bit flimsier than the original, but for the price, I don’t complain. The remote for my AC in a room I don’t use often had vanished and the model number had been discontinued. Now I have a working remote again. THanks!

I’m genuinely surprised to see this company rated so poorly on Trustpilot—my experience was the complete opposite. THE UNIVERSAL remote model KT-N828 (made in china) I received was not compatible with my air condiitoner. the a/c model number - which i clearly told them when ordering - is not even listed on the back of the remote control package. I sent e-mail for a refund and no reply from them.

I thought Daniel Malchi would have sorted the issue
regarding the remote I purchased as he assured me that he would arrange for me to return the remote with
a refund and sort out the correct model for my aircon
unit as it is needed for my wife who is disabled and
urgently needs this to control the unit when I am not
available to help.He contacted me on how to pair the
remote with instructions and video but the remote I have been supplied is entirely different to the one he is showing on the video.It is now weeks since he said
he would sort this issue out and I am not impressed with their customer service as I have a remote which is of no use to me.

A month ago I bought online a product from this supplier. Initially, it was delivered to a wrong country. When I contacted them and asked about my order, they told me that it will be resent to me as soon as possible. Never received the product and no more replies to my messages.

Purchased a remote in December. Never received the remote. Emailed their support - no reply. Called - no pick-up. Text their text support number - no response.
