This removal company were very helpful with my dad's mobility scooter, taking it from stoke up to Hull. Got in touch when the 1st delivery driver had a problem & got another sorted within 30mins. Shah was very helpful

The booking was very easy and I had a great choice of times despite me booking rather late. Christian, the driver, was amazing, he was punctual (early actually). He assessed the job swiftly and the whole move was then effective and effective. He took all the stress out of the process. They try to scam vulnerable people
Absolutely awful movers. Abandoned mid move as I refuse to pay more money after the original quote as the job would take longer than they thought. Yet took so long loading mainly boxes and hardly any furniture. Left me with almost most of my house still to move.
Unloaded very slowly and dumped everything very unsafely.
Very rude when contacted the company about this. Told me wasn’t insured for anything.
Now not responding to emails.

Firstly I want to see the proof that you claim to have that you fully moved me into my new home.
I have sent you the photos of the bags of food that were left and buried under all the boxes I said in my email.
Not ONCE until we reached the new house did your men, or the person on the phone say about the extra time needed. They said they COULDNT reach the council and that I could claim back the money as that’s how YOU had done it before and it was no big deal and I needed to pay your men the extra amount.
At NO point was I told I wasn’t insured. You are verified by Google as an insured company. Clearly they need to be notified that you are not insured. I also note that your company owes quite a lot of money which is probably the reason you tried to scam more money from me and no doubt others.

Instead of trying to resolve this matter they just tried to take my post down. Which I imagine they’ve done with plenty other bad reviews.
Funnily enough I haven’t broken guidelines. Just telling the truth.

Please note first of all you did not pay for this removal the Council did as that is who we invoiced, you were also made aware of the extra hours in which you replied that you would then claim back off the Council but they had refused, unfortunately because you had way more items than originally quoted for more hours were required in which you were not able to pay so we had to stop when the funds ran out as our drivers can not work for free, we actually finished your move and everything was taken into the new property as proof has been received. We have replied to the email you have sent us, we will now copy and paste just incase you didn't see it, We are sorry you feel that your move did not go too well, but we have since spoken to our driver and noted all your points to which he has replied and given his account on what happened on the day, the fridge in question he had opened and he has clearly noted down there where 2 ice creams left on moving day. Our driver is a long outstanding employee and we have never had any problem with the way you have described how he works, and the fact that you instructed them where to put the items therefore we cannot take any responsibility for this.
We understand that sometimes moving to a new house can be stressful and sometimes things don't work out how they were supposed to, unfortunately you had instructed them where to put items and also there was not a full freezer/fridge of food as you have described. We cannot take this complaint onboard.
You were also informed of the extra hours that might have been required many times by our team, unfortunately if you are not willing to pay then we must stop at the hour that the funds had finished, also no insurance has been added onto this booking therefore we will not be replacing any items if broken although our driver has not noted any damage as you have said.
As we have said many times over the phone and emails the council refused to pay for extra hours therefore we moved you into your new property appropriately.
Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service! The van driver was excellent as well, very helpful. Thank you for making our move less stressful. Would deffo recommend to everyone and will be using again if opportunity comes

Fantastic Removals company
Sean really helped me out of a mess with another company and was so kind, helpful and efficient, considering it was by then a same-day move! Followed everything thru too, even at 21.30hs!! He managed to send the very patient and organised Eric with his van in under 2hours and from 10.30hs!
Eric was so good and fast and strong! He had to wait for me over an hour abd by the time we unpacked the van it was 21.25hs and he then had to drive another 3.5hours back. An absolute star and so courteous! I recommend Removals wholeheartedly! Thanks so much guys! A very grateful client, Maggie x

A very professional and reliable company
This is the second time I have used the company and once again, they did a sterling job. The administrator Shah was helpful, professional and accommodating - I had a few changes and he dealt with them quickly and efficiently. I had a lot of things to move, there were steps and flights of stairs involved, it was a hot day but the removal guys were cheerful and very hard working. I would highly recommend this company.
